Is Famety Legit?
Famety is a real store with live prices and support channels, formerly called InstaFollowers, but its Terms name no legal entity, address or governing law.
Our Famety review finds a working, password-free store that sells 100 Instagram followers for $2.29, with a 30-day refill on eligible packs but no named company behind it. Its Terms limit refunds to orders not delivered "within three days", Trustpilot has removed its profile, and buying followers breaks Instagram's rules.
Famety is a legit, operating store that never asks for your password, but it names no company, gives three different locations and puts your Instagram account at risk.
Famety is a real store with live prices and support channels, formerly called InstaFollowers, but its Terms name no legal entity, address or governing law.
Famety never needs your password. Its FAQ says only "the username or post URL and a contact email are required", and its Terms repeat the promise.
Famety is not safe for your account: Instagram bans artificially collected followers, even though Famety's FAQ claims its services "comply with platform guidelines".
Famety followers can drop, and its own page says "some follower loss is normal". Its cheapest tier is described as accounts that "do not interact with your posts".
Famety refunds are narrow: its Terms say the "only circumstance" for a refund is an order not delivered within three days, and fully delivered orders are not refunded.
Famety is rarely worth it: a $2.29 test risks little, but bought followers add no real engagement, and a public Reddit complaint describes a partly delivered order.
Famety scores best on price and support channels, and weakest on follower quality, retention and refunds, where its own pages admit drops and narrow terms. Here is each factor in one line.
Famety sells its cheapest followers as accounts that "do not interact with your posts", and a buyer called its VIP followers bot-like.
Famety says "some follower loss is normal", and no independent buyer report shows how many of its followers stay.
Famety says delivery starts in 5 to 30 minutes, but its FAQ says 30 minutes to 6 hours and one Reddit buyer reports a stalled order.
Famety lists phone, WhatsApp, email and Telegram, yet the one detailed public report says support closed the chat on a short order.
Famety offers a 30-day refill on eligible Instagram packs, but its Terms allow refunds only for orders not delivered within three days.
Famety charges $2.29 for 100 Instagram followers and $14.90 for 1,000, cheaper than most sellers we have reviewed.
Famety is a working, password-free store with cheap Instagram packs and a 30-day refill, but it names no company and its refunds cover only undelivered orders. It suits only a small personal test; brands, influencers and anyone who needs real engagement should look elsewhere.
Our bottom line
Famety
famety.net · Instagram-led follower and likes seller, formerly InstaFollowers
A cheap, rebranded InstaFollowers store whose fine print gives the buyer far less than its homepage promises.
Ordering needs only a username or link, and prices and support numbers are listed. But the Terms name no legal entity or governing law, limit refunds to non-delivery within three days, prohibit commercial use, and Trustpilot has removed Famety's profiles.
Famety pricing starts at $2.29 for 100 Instagram followers, $1.95 for 100 Instagram likes and $3.39 for 100 TikTok followers, all shown as big discounts on crossed-out prices.
Sale prices read on famety.net on Oct 15, 2026, for the default tier shown. Each pack also shows a higher crossed-out price. Prices change often, so check the total at checkout.

Check these six things before buying from Famety, because its refunds are narrow, its refill covers only eligible packs and similar domains exist.
Famety reviews are thin and mostly negative: one Reddit post calls it a scam over a partly delivered order, and ChatGPT says "I would be cautious".

Swipe or scroll sideways to see every screenshot. These are individual opinions we could not verify; usernames and other sellers are blurred. All screenshots were supplied for Famety searches. Two Reddit threads do not name Famety and are shown for context, one Reddit thread is about Fameswap, a similarly named account marketplace, and the two Grok captures answer a question about BuzzVoice, a different seller. ChatGPT and Gemini each appear twice because two captures were supplied.

Famety is a paid engagement seller at famety.net that leads with Instagram followers and likes, and lists TikTok, YouTube, X, Facebook and five smaller platforms.
Its homepage title is "Famety - Buy Instagram Followers, Likes & More", and the main "Start Growing" button goes straight to Instagram followers, so this review treats Instagram as its main platform. Its FAQ says Famety was "formerly InstaFollowers, founded in 2013", and the homepage claims "14" years in business, "127,938" happy customers and "658,416" orders delivered. Its about page gives a different figure, "150,000+ customers since 2013". These are company claims we could not check.
Who runs it is not stated in any legal document. The Terms call Famety "an independent service provider" and show a "Legal Address" heading with no text address, and the privacy policy names only "Famety" as data controller. The contact page lists an office address in Markham, Ontario, Canada, while Famety's Crunchbase profile places it in New York. An older Famety page at famety.com, still readable on October 15, 2026, carries the banner "Instafollowers.co is now Famety.com" and Terms naming an Estonian company, Jengal OU, as data controller.

Famety says it is the former InstaFollowers: its FAQ calls it "formerly InstaFollowers", and the old famety.com Terms say "Instafollowers.co is now Famety.com". The live store has since moved to famety.net, where every page, social profile and the Crunchbase listing now point. A rebrand is not a red flag in itself, but older complaints may sit under any of three names.
The real, current Famety store is famety.net, the address its pages use as their canonical URL. Famety.com shows an older version of the site, and we could not confirm whether it now redirects. Famety.co appears on a consumer review site as a separate listing with 2.2 stars from three reviews; its link to famety.net is not stated. Famoid, Fametonic, Famups and Fameswap are different businesses with similar names.

Famety services center on Instagram followers and likes, plus TikTok, YouTube, X and Facebook packages, with automatic likes and views sold as recurring add-ons.
| Platform | What Famety sells | Entry price read |
|---|---|---|
| Followers, likes, views, comments, Reels views, impressions, automatic likes | 10 followers $0.55; 100 followers $2.29; 100 likes $1.95 | |
| TikTok | Followers, likes, views, shares, comments, automatic likes | 10 followers $0.79; 100 followers $3.39 |
| YouTube | Subscribers, views, likes, Shorts views, watch hours | 50 subscribers $8.95; 1,000 for $99.90 |
| X and Facebook | Followers, likes, retweets, views, page likes | Not read |
| Others | Telegram, Spotify, LinkedIn, Twitch, SoundCloud | Not read |
Instagram followers come in five tiers: High-Quality, Premium, Influencer VIP, USA and Verified. Famety describes High-Quality as "lower-cost accounts that do not interact with your posts", and Premium as active accounts that may like or comment, though some may unfollow. Its FAQ is blunter, calling the cheap option "real-looking ghost followers" that never engage. Influencer VIP and Verified have no description at all.
Famety pricing for Instagram followers runs from $0.55 for 10 to $1,290 for 100,000, and 1,000 followers cost $14.90, all as one-time payments. Bigger packs cost less per follower: from $22.90 per 1,000 on the 100 pack to $12.90 per 1,000 on the 100,000 pack.
| Famety Instagram followers | Sale price | Crossed-out price |
|---|---|---|
| 100 | $2.29 | $5.50 |
| 250 ("Most Popular") | $4.75 | $13.75 |
| 1,000 | $14.90 | $55.00 |
| 10,000 | $139.00 | $550.00 |
| 100,000 | $1,290.00 | $5,500.00 |
Read on famety.net/instagram-followers on October 15, 2026. The page does not say which of its five tiers this list belongs to.
Instagram likes are priced almost the same: 100 likes cost $1.95 and 1,000 cost $14.45. Checkout takes Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and crypto such as Bitcoin, Ethereum and Litecoin. One product page also names PayPal and iTunes, so check what checkout really offers. To compare these rates with other sellers, see our best sites to buy Instagram followers.
Famety's discounts are hard to take at face value, because every crossed-out Instagram follower price equals exactly 5.5 cents per follower, whatever the pack size. That turns the same base rate into badges from "23% off" to "77% off". We found no sign that Famety ever charged the crossed-out prices, so judge the sale price against other sellers, not against the "was" figure.

Famety TikTok followers start at $0.79 for 10, and 100 cost $3.39, about 50% more than its Instagram rate. 1,000 TikTok followers cost $24.90 and 50,000 cost $1,125. YouTube subscribers are far dearer: 50 cost $8.95 and 1,000 cost $99.90, and the FAQ describes "Regular subscribers" as "real-looking virtual accounts". Compare TikTok sellers on our best sites to buy TikTok followers page.
Famety says free trial packages exist "for most major services", including free Instagram followers, TikTok likes and YouTube views. Its FAQ does not state how many followers a trial gives or what limits apply, and the free followers page did not load for us. A free trial still points bought engagement at your account, so it carries the same policy risk as a paid order.
Famety works as a short checkout: pick a service and tier, enter your username or link, add an email and pay, with delivery said to start within minutes. TikTok orders offer a Fast or Slow delivery choice.
Famety is legit as a real, operating store with live prices and several support channels, but missing company details, shifting locations and narrow refund terms earn it a Mixed rating. Legit does not mean allowed: buying followers breaks Instagram's rules.
What we could verify on October 15, 2026: live prices on famety.net, a Terms of Service page, a privacy policy, an FAQ, a contact page with phone, WhatsApp, email and Telegram, and a public record of the InstaFollowers rebrand. What we could not verify: the legal owner, the customer counts, the follower quality claims and the 24/7 staffing.
The paperwork is the weak spot. The Terms name no governing law ("subject to the laws" with no country), show no "Last Updated" date and say "Any commercial use of our products or services is expressly prohibited". They also describe the purchase as paying "to manage a social media ad on 3rd party websites", which is not how the product pages describe it. The FAQ goes further than any seller should, claiming purchases "comply with platform guidelines" and that accounts cannot be suspended, while Famety's own TikTok page admits TikTok may remove inauthentic engagement.

Famety's Trustpilot profiles for both famety.com and famety.net now show a notice that the business "goes against our guidelines and is no longer visible on Trustpilot". Trustpilot does not say which guideline. Yet the famety.net homepage still shows "4.7" and "Rated Excellent on Trustpilot", a badge the source no longer supports.
The clearest Famety scam complaint is a Reddit post in r/TikTokMarketing titled "don't order from famety !! scam". The buyer says a 700-follower order placed on 25 March never fully arrived, and that support replied "the order is completed fully as mentioned, no more followers will be sent" before closing the chat. A famety.co listing adds two complaints about bot-like "Influencer VIP" followers and an undelivered order, though its link to famety.net is unconfirmed.
Famety is safe for your password because it never asks for it, but not for your Instagram account, because Instagram's guidelines ban artificially collected followers and likes. Famety's FAQ claim that purchases "comply with platform guidelines" is not true of Instagram's rules.
| Risk | Level | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Your login | Low | Only a username or link is needed, and the Terms say Famety "will never ask for your account password". |
| Your money | Moderate | Refunds only for undelivered orders, no legal entity named, and crypto payments can't be reversed. |
| Your account | Real | Instagram, TikTok and YouTube all ban artificial engagement. Removals, reach limits or restrictions are possible. |
Instagram's Community Guidelines ask users to stay "spam-free by not artificially collecting likes, followers, or shares", and Instagram has removed inauthentic follows from third-party apps since 2018. YouTube's fake engagement policy bans "anything that artificially increases" views, likes or other metrics. Famety's own TikTok page says no provider can guarantee bought engagement will be kept.
Business use is a bigger problem. In the US, the FTC's 2024 rule bars buying fake social media indicators, such as followers or views, to misrepresent influence for a commercial purpose. Famety's Terms also prohibit commercial use outright. This is general information, not legal advice.
No seller can make this "safe". Famety's FAQ says your account cannot be suspended, while Instagram's rules ban the product itself. Your account carries the risk, not the seller.
Famety works for raising a visible count, but its own pages say the cheapest followers "do not interact with your posts" and that "some follower loss is normal". No independent check shows how many Famety followers stay.
The evidence on quality leans negative. ChatGPT summarized reports of followers "disappearing after delivery" and "low-quality accounts". The Reddit complaint describes a count that stalled short of the order, and the famety.co listing describes bot-like VIP followers. Until buyers publish before-and-after counts, treat "real" and "active" as Famety's words.
Bought followers lower your Instagram engagement rate because they rarely like, comment or save, so the same real interactions are divided by a bigger follower count. A profile with 1,000 followers and 50 likes per post has a 5% like rate; add 1,000 silent followers and it falls to 2.5%. Famety's High-Quality tier is sold as accounts that won't engage. Check your own numbers with our Instagram engagement rate calculator.
Famety says delivery starts within 30 minutes, offers a 30-day refill on eligible Instagram packs, and its Terms allow refunds only for orders undelivered after three days.
| Policy | What Famety says | Watch out for |
|---|---|---|
| Delivery | Homepage: starts "within 5 to 30 minutes", "most orders complete inside the first hour". TikTok: a few hours to 2 days. YouTube: starts in 1 to 3 hours. | FAQ says processing takes "30 minutes to 6 hours depending on order size". |
| Refills | "A 1-month refill guarantee applies to eligible Instagram follower packages." | No refill clause in the Terms. "Eligible" is not defined, and TikTok pages state no refill. |
| Refunds | Homepage: "we will either refill or refund it (your choice)", within 30 days of purchase. | Terms: refund only if not delivered "within three days"; fully delivered orders are not refunded. |
| Cancellations | "Only if the order has not yet been placed in processing." | Orders start within minutes, so the window is short. |
The refund wording differs from page to page. The homepage promises "No arguments, no restocking fees, no fine print", the Terms say "The only circumstance in which you will receive a refund" is non-delivery within three days, and another line in the same Terms says "All transactions are refundable if a problem persists". When documents disagree, the narrowest reading is the safe one to plan for. Screenshot your count at day 0, 7, 14 and 30, and work out what a follower really costs after drops with our cost per retained follower calculator.
Famety customer support runs on phone and WhatsApp at +1 279 260 1002, email at [email protected], Telegram, a contact form and live chat, advertised as 24/7.
The contact page labels the number "General Support" and WhatsApp "Fast and Live Order Support", and the email "Customer and Legal Support". The Instagram followers page is more modest: "Availability and response times may vary." The one detailed public report, on Reddit, says support closed the chat on a short order. Keep every exchange in writing with your order ID.
Famety's pros and cons come down to cheap, password-free orders with a 30-day refill, against no named owner, narrow refunds, a removed Trustpilot profile and real policy risk. This Famety review weighs each point against Famety's own pages and Terms, so you can judge the trade-off for your account.
Famety's biggest advantage is a cheap, password-free test: $2.29 buys 100 Instagram followers using only a username, and 10-follower packs cost $0.55.
Famety's main drawback is policy risk: Instagram bans bought followers, while Famety's FAQ tells buyers their accounts cannot be suspended. The other drawbacks come from the gap between its marketing and its paperwork.
Famety's pros outweigh the cons only for a tiny, low-stakes test on a personal profile. A $2.29 order caps your downside. Larger orders cost $139 or more, Instagram can remove the accounts, and the Terms give a narrow refund right against a company you cannot identify.
The best Famety alternatives are Buzzoid and Twicsy for Fair ratings, StormLikes for low prices, Likes.io for music platforms, Goread.io for price and SocialWick for written refunds. Every seller below sits in the same category as Famety, so Instagram's rules on bought followers apply to all of them.
| Service | Entry price | How it works | Refill as stated | BSTB rating |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Famety | $2.29 / 100 IG followers | Tiered packages, username only | 30 days, eligible IG packs | Mixed |
| Buzzoid | $3.49 / 100 IG followers | Packages, username only | 30 days (stated three ways) | Fair |
| Twicsy | $3.49 / 100 IG followers | Packages, username only | Active and VIP tiers only | Fair |
| StormLikes | $2.99 / 100 IG followers | Packages, username only | 30 days on product pages | Fair |
| Likes.io | $3.38 / 100 IG followers | Packages, username only | Offered, eligibility undefined | Fair |
| Goread.io | $1.89 / 100 IG followers | Packages, username only | 6 months on page, 30 days in replies | Mixed |
| SocialWick | IG followers "Just $0.99" | Packages, no password | 90 days, plus 30-day money-back | Not yet rated |
Prices and policies read from each seller's own site in October 2026 for our individual reviews; Famety read on October 15 and SocialWick on October 14, 2026. Self-reported and subject to change.

Buzzoid is a Fair-rated Famety alternative covering Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, charging $3.49 for 100 Instagram followers and never asking for a password. Its Terms include a 30-day refund request window. Best for: buyers who want written refund terms.
Read our Buzzoid review
Twicsy charges $3.49 for 100 Instagram followers, sells named follower tiers and never asks for a password. Refills apply only on its Active and VIP tiers. Best for: buyers who want tiers that are clearly explained.
Read our Twicsy review
StormLikes is an Instagram and TikTok seller charging $2.99 for 100 Instagram followers, with no password needed. It states a 30-day refill on product pages, though not in its Terms. Best for: low-price Instagram tests from a Fair-rated seller.
Read our StormLikes review
Likes.io sells across six platforms, including Spotify and SoundCloud, and charges $3.38 for 100 Instagram followers using only your username. Its refill is offered, but eligibility is undefined. Best for: buyers who also need music platforms.
Read our Likes.io review
Goread.io has the lowest follower prices we have reviewed, $1.89 for 100 Instagram followers and $8.59 for 1,000, but like Famety its site names no company. Best for: price-first buyers who accept more risk.
Read our Goread.io review
SocialWick is the Famety alternative with refunds in writing: a "30 day money-back guarantee" in its refund policy, plus free refills for 90 days and no password. Its services are for personal use only. Best for: buyers who want a written money-back promise.
SocialWick review coming soonFamety is cheaper than Buzzoid for Instagram followers, $2.29 against $3.49 per 100, but Buzzoid holds a Fair rating and names a refund request window in its Terms. Both state a 30-day refill. Famety's Trustpilot profile has been removed and its Terms name no company. If refunds and a clearer paper trail matter more than saving $1.20, Buzzoid has the edge.

The right Famety alternative depends on what you want to change: the refund terms, the price, the platform mix or the risk level.
You can grow on Instagram naturally without Famety by using ads, creator partnerships, agencies and AI scheduling tools, which bring real followers who like, comment and buy. These options are slower than buying followers, but the growth does not depend on a refill.

Instagram ads put your Reels and posts in front of real people by interest, location and lookalike audiences, within Meta's rules. They cost more per follower than Famety, but those followers can engage and buy. Best for: businesses and launches.

Famety is faster than organic Instagram growth but builds no audience, while organic growth is slower and builds followers who engage, buy and stay. Famety costs about $12.90 to $22.90 per 1,000 followers and lowers your engagement rate, while organic growth costs mostly time and compounds with every post.
Famety suits only personal accounts that want a small cosmetic boost and could lose the numbers without any effect on income, sponsorships or reputation. Anyone whose earnings depend on their profile should skip Famety and use a growth method that builds a real audience.
Famety is a reasonable test only if you answer yes to all five questions below, and a single no points to a natural growth option instead.
Famety is acceptable for hobby creators and new personal accounts only as a very small test, and it is a poor fit for influencers.
Businesses and agencies should not use Famety, because its own Terms say "Any commercial use of our products or services is expressly prohibited". US rules also treat bought social media indicators used for business as deceptive, and Instagram bans them outright. Ads, creator partnerships and agency-managed content reach real customers instead. This is general information, not legal advice.
Anyone whose income, sponsorships, ad account or reputation depends on their profile should avoid Famety completely.
Our Famety review rates it Mixed: it is a working, password-free store with low prices and a 30-day refill, but no named owner, narrow refunds and a removed Trustpilot profile. For businesses, influencers and anyone who needs real engagement, the evidence points elsewhere.
It does some basics well: no password, $2.29 Instagram tests, small packs, several contact routes and order tracking. But the company behind it is never named in its Terms, its address changes from page to page, its refund promises shrink in the fine print, its FAQ tells buyers the service complies with platform rules, and the only detailed buyer report we found is a scam complaint. Our rating: Mixed.
We reviewed Famety by reading its product pages, FAQ, Terms, privacy policy, contact, about and order status pages on famety.net on October 15, 2026. We also read the older famety.com Terms, checked Trustpilot, Crunchbase and consumer review listings, and compared everything with Instagram's guidelines, the FTC rule, Reddit threads and AI assistants' answers. Retention and delivery judgments rely on Famety's own terms and public reports. Read how we test every provider.
These 20 Famety FAQs answer whether Famety is legit, safe and worth it, plus its pricing, refills, refunds, support and best alternatives, based on pages read on October 15, 2026.
Yes, Famety is a legit, operating store with live prices and several support channels, but it names no company in its Terms and its refunds are narrow, so we rate it Mixed.
Famety says it was "formerly InstaFollowers, founded in 2013". Legit does not mean allowed: Instagram bans bought followers. See how we review sellers.
Read the Terms of Service before paying, because they, not the homepage, set your refund rights.
No, Famety is not a fake storefront: it lists live prices and takes orders, but a public Reddit post calls it a scam over a partly delivered order, and Trustpilot removed its profile.
Few independent reviews exist, and sponsored articles that praise Famety are marked as paid. Compare sellers with longer track records in our BSTB seller reviews.
Type famety.net yourself and check the domain on any review you read.
No, Famety is not safe for your Instagram account: Instagram's guidelines ban artificially collected followers, even though Famety's FAQ says its services "comply with platform guidelines".
Famety is safe for your password, which it never asks for, but the account risk stays. The same rules apply to every seller on our best sites to buy Instagram followers list.
Never point a paid order at an account you depend on for income or sponsorships.
No, Famety does not need your password: its FAQ says "Only the username or post URL and a contact email are required", and its Terms say it "will never ask for your account password".
The homepage adds that Famety does not ask you to log in anywhere or share two-factor codes. That removes login risk, but not the platform-policy risk that comes with bought followers.
If a site using the Famety name asks for your password, close it and check the domain.
Famety says its Premium followers are active accounts, but it describes its cheaper High-Quality tier as "lower-cost accounts that do not interact with your posts".
Even real accounts that never like or comment lower your engagement rate. Our Instagram engagement rate calculator shows that effect on your own numbers.
Judge any seller by engagement on later posts, not by the count on delivery day.
Famety can put your account at risk, because Instagram removes inauthentic follows and bans artificially collected followers, whatever Famety's FAQ says about suspensions.
Enforcement is unpredictable, so some buyers see no action at all. Famety's Terms say it is not responsible for issues "beyond the reasonable control of our services", and name no company you could pursue.
Keep paid experiments away from any account with a past warning or restriction.
Famety's Terms say the only refund case is an order not delivered within three days, and its FAQ says fully delivered orders are not refunded, though its homepage sounds broader.
There is no separate refund policy page in the footer. If these details change, contact BSTB and we will re-check them.
Screenshot the refund wording on the day you buy, since the pages disagree.
Yes, Famety offers a 30-day refill, but only on "eligible Instagram follower packages", and its Terms of Service contain no refill clause at all.
Contact support with your order ID and the missing followers are meant to be replaced. To see what drops do to your real price, use the cost per retained follower calculator.
Ask support in writing whether your exact pack is refill-eligible before you pay.
Famety says delivery starts within 5 to 30 minutes of payment and that most orders finish inside the first hour, while its FAQ says processing takes 30 minutes to 6 hours.
Times vary by platform and pack size, and the order form shows an estimate before you pay. TikTok orders offer Fast or Slow delivery, and YouTube offers a drip-feed option.
If an order stalls, contact support within three days, since that is the refund window in the Terms.
Famety costs $2.29 for 100 Instagram followers, $14.90 for 1,000 and $1.95 for 100 Instagram likes, read on its site on October 15, 2026.
Bigger packs cost less per follower, and each pack shows a higher crossed-out price. Compare TikTok rates on our best sites to buy TikTok followers page.
Check which tier is selected before paying, because the price list does not label it.
Famety's discounts are doubtful: every crossed-out Instagram follower price works out to 5.5 cents per follower, so the badge grows from 23% to 77% as packs get bigger.
We found no sign that Famety ever charged the crossed-out prices. Judge the sale price against other sellers, where Famety is cheap but not the cheapest.
Ignore the "was" price and compare the final total with two other sellers.
Yes, Famety says it is the former InstaFollowers: its FAQ calls it "formerly InstaFollowers, founded in 2013", and older famety.com Terms say "Instafollowers.co is now Famety.com".
The live store now runs on famety.net, and some product-page testimonials still mention InstaFollowers. Older complaints may sit under either name.
Search all three names when you look for buyer reports.
Yes, Famety says free trial packages exist for most major services, including free Instagram followers, TikTok likes and YouTube views.
Its FAQ does not say how many followers a trial gives or what limits apply, and the free followers page did not load when we checked. The trial still carries the same policy risk as a paid order.
Use any trial only on a personal account you could afford to see restricted.
Famety customer support is reachable by phone and WhatsApp at +1 279 260 1002, email at [email protected], Telegram and a contact form, all advertised as 24/7.
Its FAQ also mentions live chat at the bottom right of the site. Its product page says "Availability and response times may vary", and the one public complaint says support closed the chat.
Use email or WhatsApp so you keep a written record with your order ID.
Famety does not say who owns it: its Terms call it "an independent service provider" and show no legal entity, address or governing law.
Its locations also differ by source, so a dispute would be hard to escalate. The privacy policy names only "Famety" as data controller.
Without a named company, keep orders small and pay by card.
Famety accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and crypto such as Bitcoin, Ethereum and Litecoin, according to its FAQ and footer.
One product page also names PayPal and iTunes, so check what checkout really shows. Card payments keep a dispute route open; crypto does not. Our StormLikes review covers a seller with clearer billing terms.
Pay by card rather than crypto, given how narrow the refund terms are.
No, businesses should not use Famety: its own Terms say "Any commercial use of our products or services is expressly prohibited", and US rules target fake indicators used commercially.
The FTC's 2024 rule bars buying fake followers or views to misrepresent influence for a commercial purpose. Brands get safer reach from AI tools for social media. This is general information, not legal advice.
Brands and agencies should keep bought engagement off client accounts entirely.
The best Famety alternatives are Buzzoid and Twicsy for Fair ratings, StormLikes for low prices, Likes.io for music, Goread.io for price and SocialWick for written refunds.
All of them sell bought engagement, so Instagram's rules apply to each. Our Twicsy review covers a tiered alternative in more detail.
For growth that lasts, ads, creator partnerships and scheduling tools beat every seller here.
Famety is cheaper than Buzzoid for Instagram followers, $2.29 against $3.49 per 100, but Buzzoid holds a Fair rating and states a refund window, while Famety is rated Mixed.
Both state a 30-day refill. Read our Buzzoid review for its refill and refund details.
Choose on refund terms and rating, not only price, since a refund matters more than a refill if an order stalls.
Famety is worth it only for a tiny, low-stakes test such as $2.29 of Instagram followers on a personal profile, not for brands, influencers or anyone who needs engagement.
