UseViral ReviewBig Catalog, Loud Complaints

Our UseViral review finds a working, password-free store that sells YouTube views from $2.49 and subscribers from $7.99, backed by a refill promise its own Terms never define. Public complaints about non-delivery, drops and unanswered emails are heavy. Buying engagement also breaks YouTube's rules, and fully delivered orders can't be refunded.

Is UseViral Legit and Safe? Six Quick Answers

UseViral is a legit, operating seller that never asks for your password, but it is risky for your account and carries more complaints than most sellers we review.

MOSTLY

Is UseViral Legit?

UseViral is a real, operating store with published Terms and a refund policy, but heavy public complaints about non-delivery and silent support keep it from a clean pass.

NO

Does UseViral Need Your Password?

UseViral never needs your password. Its pages ask only for a public video, profile or channel link, and its Terms say it does not ask for or store passwords.

RISKY

Is UseViral Safe for Your Channel?

UseViral is not safe for your channel: YouTube's fake engagement policy bans bought views and subscribers, and UseViral's Terms say any ban is not its responsibility.

SOME DROP

Do UseViral Subscribers Stay?

UseViral subscribers and followers can drop: Reddit users describe unsubscribes within days and about 6,000 of 15,000 followers lost inside 30 days.

LIMITED

Can You Get a UseViral Refund?

UseViral refunds undelivered, partly delivered or badly delayed orders within 30 days of purchase. Fully delivered orders get a refill instead, not money back.

RARELY

UseViral is rarely worth it: a $2.49 view test risks little, but subscribers and watch hours for monetization are expensive and can be discounted by YouTube.

Quick Verdict

UseViral Review: Quick Verdict

UseViral is a working, password-free store, but heavy complaints, a refill missing from its Terms and YouTube's ban on bought engagement make it risky. It suits only a tiny, low-stakes test; monetizing channels, brands and influencers should look elsewhere.

What to Check Before You Buy From UseViral

Check these six things before buying from UseViral, because most refund and refill disputes trace back to one of them.

  • Make sure the address bar says useviral.com. Lookalike domains exist.
  • Check whether Standard or Premium (+35%) is selected.
  • Check the cart says one-time, not a monthly plan.
  • Keep your profile public and your username unchanged.
  • Screenshot your counts and keep the order number.
  • Email support before any chargeback.

This full UseViral review checks prices, Terms, refunds, safety and alternatives against UseViral's own pages, YouTube's rules and buyer reports from October 2026. Jump to the part you need.

What Is UseViral?

UseViral is a paid engagement seller at useviral.com that sells YouTube views, subscribers, likes and watch hours first, plus followers, likes and plays on about a dozen other platforms.

UseViral sells numbers in fixed packages. You choose a platform, a service, a quality tier and a quantity, paste a public link and pay. Its homepage headline is "Buy YouTube Views, Subscribers & Likes", and YouTube is the first platform section, followed by TikTok, Twitter/X and LinkedIn. The site claims "14 platforms" and "63 services", although a comparison table on the same homepage says 12 platforms are supported.

Who runs it is stated two ways. The footer says the site is "owned & operated by UseViral LTD". The Terms of Service, last updated October 1, 2026, name the operator only as "UseViral", "a company registered in the United Arab Emirates", give a Dubai warehouse address in Al Quoz, and choose UAE law with Dubai courts. No registration number appears anywhere we read, so treat the company details as what its Terms and footer say, not as a verified record.

UseViral says it has been "delivering real social growth since 2015". We could not independently confirm that date, and the site gives no customer count, so treat the history as a company claim.

The menu also lists "Google Reviews", which links out to a separate partner domain rather than a UseViral page. Every product page we read offers the same two tiers, Standard and "Premium quality +35%", plus a subscription upsell. The homepage advertises subscriptions "From $26.99/mo".

UseViral Pricing: YouTube Subscribers, Views and Watch Hours

UseViral pricing for YouTube subscribers runs from $7.99 for 100 to $1,198.99 for 25,000, while views start at $2.49 for 100, all as one-time Standard-tier payments. Bigger packs cost less per unit: subscribers fall from $79.90 per 1,000 on the 100 pack to about $47.96 per 1,000 on the 25,000 pack.

UseViral YouTube subscribersPricePer 1,000

5,000$381.99$76.40
10,000$653.99$65.40
25,000$1,198.99$47.96

Standard tier, read on useviral.com on October 14, 2026.

UseViral YouTube views run from $2.49 for 100 and $7.99 for 1,000 to $1,508.99 for 500,000, about $3.02 per 1,000 at the top. Watch hours cost $11.99 for 100, $77.99 for 1,000 and $269.99 for 4,000. Each price sits next to a crossed-out "original" price with a "Save up to 20%" label, and signed-in returning customers are offered 10% off, so treat the discount as marketing. To compare these view prices with other sellers, see our best sites to buy YouTube views.

UseViral Standard vs Premium Quality

UseViral Premium quality costs 35% more than Standard and is described as "High-retention accounts · no ghost profiles · priority queue". Standard is described as "Real users" from "active accounts". Neither description can be checked from outside, and Premium prices are not shown as numbers, only as the +35% uplift. If Standard accounts are real and active, it is unclear what "no ghost profiles" adds, so read both labels as marketing.

Can You Still Buy Instagram Followers From UseViral?

UseViral's Instagram followers and likes pages did not show UseViral prices on October 14, 2026: both addresses redirected to a separate seller's website that does not mention UseViral. The homepage still lists Instagram services. Check which site you are paying before entering card details, and don't assume an Instagram order is covered by UseViral's Terms.

How Does UseViral Work?

UseViral works as a short checkout: pick a platform and package, paste a public link, choose a tier and pay, with delivery that it says starts in about 30 minutes. Its pages say orders are "drip-fed naturally over 24 hours", though watch hours are also described as "drip-fed over days".

  1. Make sure the video, profile or channel is public. Going private voids the refill, per the refund policy.
  2. Choose a platform and service, for example YouTube subscribers or TikTok followers.
  3. Pick a quantity and a tier: Standard, or Premium for 35% more.
  4. Paste the public link or @handle. Never a password.
  5. Check the cart is a one-time order, not Automatic Likes or a Drip Growth subscription.
  6. Pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Bitcoin. PayPal is not shown.
  7. Track progress in the dashboard with the email you ordered with, and keep the order number.

Is UseViral Legit or a Scam?

UseViral is legit as a real, operating store with Terms and a refund process, but heavy complaints and paperwork gaps earn it a Mixed rating. Legit does not mean allowed, either: buying engagement breaks YouTube's and other platforms' rules.

What we could verify on October 14, 2026: live prices across YouTube, TikTok, X, LinkedIn and Spotify, Terms updated October 1, 2026, a refund policy updated July 2026, payment options, and support by email, form and Telegram. What we could not verify: the 2015 start date, "100% real" accounts, "never bots", the 7-minute average reply and the "UseViral LTD" entity. Public complaint records are heavy: another consumer review platform lists useviral.com at 2.4 out of 5 from 194 reviews, about 83% one-star, with no company replies in the past year, and a complaints board lists 17 unresolved complaints from 2023. We could not read UseViral's own Trustpilot page.

UseViral's pages also cite "#1 site" style articles on local-news and press-release websites as endorsements. Those read as paid placements rather than independent reviews, so don't treat them as proof of quality.

Is UseViral Real or Fake? Watch for Lookalike Domains

The real UseViral store is useviral.com, and several similar domains carry their own, worse reviews. On Trustpilot, useviral.co sits at 1.9 from 21 reviews and its site is no longer active, useviral.store sits at 2.3 from 13 reviews and also sells unrelated goods, and userviral.com is listed at 1.6. Some "UseViral scam" posts may be about these sites, so check the domain in any complaint and in your own address bar.

Address bars: useviral.com is the store, while useviral.co, useviral.store and userviral.com are separate sites
Check the address bar: useviral.co, useviral.store and userviral.com are not useviral.com.

Is UseViral Safe for Your YouTube Channel?

UseViral is safe for your password because it never asks for it, but not for your YouTube channel, because YouTube's fake engagement policy bans bought views, likes and subscribers. Its Terms also say it is not responsible if any platform restricts or bans your account.

RiskLevelWhy
Your loginLowOnly a public link or handle is needed; the Terms say passwords are not asked for or stored.
Your moneyModerateRefunds stop at full delivery, Bitcoin can't be reversed, and a chargeback can mean a permanent ban and removal of delivered engagement.
Your channel or accountRealYouTube, X, Spotify, Instagram and TikTok all ban artificial engagement. Removal, strikes or suspension are possible.

YouTube's policy says it "doesn't allow anything that artificially increases the number of views, likes, comments, or other metrics", that artificial traffic "will not be counted", and that it "can lead to strikes on your account". Three strikes within 90 days can end a channel. X bans compensating others for "account metric inflation", with permanent suspension for severe cases. Spotify says paid services that guarantee streams "aren't legitimate" and may withhold royalties or remove tracks; UseViral's own Spotify page admits "Spotify actively filters artificial streams".

Using bought numbers for a business is a bigger problem. In the US, the FTC's 2024 rule bars buying fake social media indicators, such as followers or views, to misrepresent influence for a commercial purpose. UseViral's own Terms say "Any commercial use of our products or Services is expressly prohibited", even though it sells LinkedIn company-page followers. This is general information, not legal advice.

No seller can make this "100% safe". UseViral's pages promise real, safe growth, while its Terms say you alone bear the consequences of platform action. The Terms are what you agree to at checkout.

Does UseViral Work? Subscriber Quality and Retention

UseViral works for raising a visible count, but buyer reports describe drops within days and accounts that never watch, like or comment. UseViral's own subscriber page admits bought subscribers "won't make your videos better or multiply your views".

The quality labels don't help you judge it in advance. Standard is sold as "real users" from "active accounts" and Premium as "no ghost profiles", but one Reddit buyer said there was "no difference" between the tiers they tried, and another reported followers from countries they did not order. In r/digital_marketing, one user reported about 6,000 of 15,000 followers falling off within 30 days, and another said subscribers began unsubscribing a few days after delivery. These are individual reports we could not verify, but they match the pattern in AI summaries and complaint sites.

Can UseViral Help You Get Monetized on YouTube?

UseViral cannot reliably get you monetized, because YouTube counts only valid public watch hours and says artificial traffic will not be counted. UseViral's own page states the Partner Program bar as 1,000 subscribers plus 4,000 valid public watch hours in 12 months, and sells 4,000 watch hours for $269.99. Even if every bought hour survived, YouTube reviews channels before approval, and one Reddit user reported paying $259 for watch hours that had not arrived months later. Our YouTube money calculator estimates what real, counted views could earn instead.

YouTube monetization needs 1,000 subscribers and 4,000 valid watch hours; UseViral sells both, but they may not count
YouTube needs valid watch hours, and says artificial traffic won't count.

Why Bought Subscribers Hurt Your YouTube Channel

Bought subscribers hurt a channel because they don't watch: YouTube recommends videos based on how real viewers respond, so silent subscribers weaken the signals that matter. A reply in r/NewTubers puts it plainly: YouTube won't know who to show your content to. The same logic applies to bought TikTok followers and X followers, which lower your engagement rate and make audits look worse. You can check the effect with our TikTok engagement rate calculator.

UseViral Delivery Time, Refill and Refund Policy

UseViral says orders start within about 30 minutes, promises 30-day free refills, and refunds only undelivered, partial or badly delayed orders within 30 days.

PolicyWhat UseViral saysWatch out for
Delivery"Most orders start within 30 minutes and complete inside 24 hours"; drip-fed.Watch hours are also described as "drip-fed over days". Subscription timing is "not guaranteed".
RefillsFree top-ups for 30 days after delivery, "provided the service is still offered".Not defined in the Terms. Going private or changing your username voids it.
RefundsRequest within 30 days of purchase with your order number. Simple cases "within hours", complex ones 1 to 3 business days; banks up to 7 to 10.Fully delivered orders, promo credits, Terms breaches and "repeated" requests are excluded. Credit-paid orders come back as credit.
ChargebacksDisputes without contacting support first are treated as fraudulent.May bring a permanent ban and removal of delivered engagement.

In practice, UseViral's money-back promise covers non-delivery. If your order arrived in full and then dropped, the remedy is a refill, and that refill lives on product pages and the refund policy, not in the Terms you sign. One Reddit buyer said support told them followers are not guaranteed beyond 30 days. Screenshot your counts at day 0, 7, 14 and 30, and ask support in writing how a refill will be handled before you rely on it.

UseViral sales-page promises vs its Terms: 30-day refill not defined, commercial use banned, entity named two ways
UseViral's sales pages promise more than its Terms commit to.

UseViral Customer Support

UseViral customer support runs on email at [email protected], a three-lane web form and a Telegram chat, advertised as staffed 24/7, with no phone line.

The homepage claims an average reply of 7 minutes, but the support page itself gives no reply time, and the Telegram handle is "growthcore" rather than a UseViral-branded name. Replies come from [email protected], so check your spam folder. Unanswered email is the single most repeated complaint in the Reddit threads and complaint records we read, so keep every message in writing and include your order number.

UseViral Pros and Cons

UseViral's pros and cons come down to a wide, password-free catalog with cheap YouTube views on one side, and heavy complaints, undefined refills and real policy risk on the other. This UseViral review weighs each point against UseViral's own pages and Terms, so you can judge whether the trade-off works for your account.

Pros

  • No password or login at any step
  • About a dozen platforms in one cart
  • YouTube views from $2.49 per 100
  • Written refund process with timelines
  • Email, form and Telegram support
  • Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Bitcoin
  • Bulk packs cut the per-unit price

Cons

  • Bought engagement breaks YouTube's rules
  • Refill guarantee missing from the Terms
  • Heavy public complaints, few replies
  • No refunds once an order is delivered
  • Terms ban commercial use it markets to
  • Entity named two ways, no registration number
  • Instagram pages redirect to another seller

What Are UseViral's Biggest Advantages?

UseViral's biggest advantage is breadth without a password: one checkout covers YouTube, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Spotify and more, using only public links. That avoids the account-takeover risk of login-based growth tools, which is why even critical AI summaries credit it.

  • Cheap YouTube tests: 100 views cost $2.49 and 100 likes $2.99, so a small order shows how delivery behaves before you spend more.
  • Wide catalog: UseViral claims 14 platforms and 63 services, including LinkedIn and Spotify, which many rivals don't sell.
  • Lower subscriber prices than some rivals: 1,000 YouTube subscribers list at $76.99, below several sellers we have reviewed.
  • A written refund process: refund requests are accepted for 30 days from purchase, with stated review and bank posting times.
  • Payment choice: major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Bitcoin are accepted.

What Are the Main UseViral Drawbacks?

UseViral's main drawback is policy risk: YouTube, X, Spotify and Instagram all ban bought engagement, and UseViral's Terms put every consequence on you. The other drawbacks come from the gap between its marketing and its paperwork.

  • Undefined UseViral refill guarantee: the 30-day refill appears on product pages and in the refund policy, but not in the Terms.
  • UseViral complaints: buyer reports of non-delivery, quick drops and unanswered emails recur across Reddit, Quora and complaint sites.
  • Refunds stop at delivery: later drops are covered by refills, not money back.
  • Contradictory rules: the Terms ban commercial use while the site sells LinkedIn company-page followers.
  • Thin ownership details: "UseViral LTD" in the footer, "UseViral" in the Terms, and no registration number.
  • Confusing domains: lookalike sites and Instagram pages that redirect elsewhere make it harder to know who you are paying.

Do UseViral's Pros Outweigh the Cons?

UseViral's pros outweigh the cons only for a tiny, low-stakes test on a channel or profile you could afford to lose numbers on. A $2.49 view order caps your downside. As orders grow toward subscribers and watch hours for monetization, costs rise into the hundreds, YouTube's policy can discount the result, and the refund policy no longer protects you once delivery is complete. Is UseViral safe at that scale? Not in any way its Terms guarantee.

Simple Ways to Grow YouTube Subscribers Organically

Organic YouTube growth comes from videos people choose to finish and a schedule viewers can rely on.

  • Upload on a steady schedule so viewers and YouTube learn when to expect you.
  • Use Shorts to get discovered, then point viewers to longer videos that build watch time.
  • Write searchable titles and descriptions with the words your audience types.
  • Design clear thumbnails that match what the video delivers.
  • Reply to comments and collaborate with channels your audience already watches.

UseViral vs Organic YouTube Growth

UseViral is faster than organic YouTube growth but builds no audience, while organic growth is slower and builds viewers who watch, comment and count toward monetization. UseViral costs about $48 to $80 per 1,000 subscribers and adds no valid watch time, while organic growth costs mostly time and compounds with every upload.

Who Should Use UseViral, and Who Should Avoid It?

UseViral suits only personal accounts that want a small cosmetic boost and could lose the numbers without any effect on income, monetization or reputation. Anyone whose earnings, sponsorships or Partner Program application depends on their channel should skip UseViral and use a growth method that builds a real audience.

  • Reasonable: a $2.49 view test on a personal video you don't rely on.
  • Not a fit: creators chasing monetization, because YouTube discounts artificial traffic.
  • Not allowed: businesses, because UseViral's Terms ban commercial use.
  • Avoid: influencers who face follower and engagement audits.
  • Avoid: channels or accounts that already have a strike or warning.

Is UseViral Right for You? A Five-Question Check

UseViral is a reasonable test only if you answer yes to all five questions below, and a single no points to a natural growth option instead.

  1. Is the account personal? UseViral's Terms prohibit business and commercial use.
  2. Could you lose these numbers without real harm? If a strike or removal would hurt you, the risk outweighs the boost.
  3. Is a higher count the only goal? Bought subscribers don't watch, so they can't deliver watch time, engagement or sales.
  4. Is the channel free of monetization plans, sponsors and ads? Policy risk and audits make it a bad fit if money is involved.
  5. Will you keep uploading afterwards? Without regular videos, any boost fades once refills end.

Is UseViral Good for Creators, Influencers and New Channels?

UseViral is acceptable for hobby creators and new personal channels only as a very small test, and it is a poor fit for influencers and anyone chasing the Partner Program.

  • Hobby creators: a small view pack can make a new upload look less empty, but titles, thumbnails and consistency still do the real work.
  • New channels: a brand-new channel shows a sudden subscriber spike most clearly, and bought subscribers dilute the signals YouTube uses to recommend you.
  • Influencers: brands run audits before paying for posts, and bought followers lower your engagement rate.

Monetization is the reason creators should be most careful. UseViral's own page frames subscribers as a step toward the 1,000-subscriber checkpoint, but YouTube requires valid watch hours too, and its policy says artificial traffic will not be counted and can lead to strikes.

Can Businesses and Agencies Use UseViral?

No, businesses and agencies should not use UseViral, because its Terms expressly prohibit commercial use and US rules treat bought social media indicators used for business as deceptive. The FTC's 2024 rule bars buying fake indicators to misrepresent influence for a commercial purpose. Agencies buying for clients also put those client channels at policy risk and undermine the reporting clients pay for. YouTube ads, creator collaborations and agency-managed content reach real customers instead. This is general information, not legal advice.

Who Should Avoid UseViral?

Anyone whose income, sponsorships, ad account or reputation depends on their channel or profile should avoid UseViral completely.

  • Brands and small businesses: UseViral's Terms ban commercial use, so use ads or an agency for reach you can measure.
  • YouTubers applying for monetization: bought watch hours may not count, and strikes can end a channel.
  • Musicians on Spotify: Spotify may withhold royalties or remove tracks over artificial streams.
  • Accounts already warned by a platform: a second violation raises the chance of suspension.
  • Buyers unsure of the domain: if the address bar does not say useviral.com, you are on a different site.
  • Anyone who needs leads or sales: bought subscribers and followers do not buy.

UseViral Review: Final Verdict

Our UseViral review rates it Mixed: it is a working, password-free store with a wide catalog, but heavy complaints and an undefined refill make it worth only tiny, low-stakes tests. For monetization, businesses, influencers and anyone who needs real engagement, the evidence points elsewhere.

It does some basics well: no password, cheap YouTube view tests, a written refund process and many payment options. But buyers report drops, non-delivery and unanswered emails, the 30-day refill is missing from its Terms, the Terms ban commercial use it markets to, the company is named two ways without a registration number, its Instagram pages redirected to another seller when we checked, and lookalike domains blur its reputation. Our rating: Mixed.

How We Reviewed UseViral

We reviewed UseViral by reading a dozen useviral.com pages, including its Terms and refund policy, on October 14, 2026. We then checked them against YouTube, X and Spotify rules, the FTC rule and buyer reports. Sources also included Trustpilot listings for lookalike domains, complaint records, Reddit, Quora, three AI assistants, two competitors' YouTube pages and BSTB's own reviews of four more sellers. Retention and delivery judgments rely on UseViral's own terms and independent buyer reports. Read how we test every provider.

UseViral Review FAQs

These 21 UseViral FAQs answer whether UseViral is legit, safe and worth it, plus its pricing, refills, refunds, support and best alternatives, based on pages read on October 14, 2026.

Is UseViral Legit?

Yes, UseViral is a legit, operating store with published Terms and a refund policy, but heavy buyer complaints and gaps in its Terms earn it a Mixed rating.

Its footer says it has operated since 2015, and its Terms were last updated on 1 October 2026. Legit does not mean allowed: YouTube bans bought views, likes and subscribers. See how we review sellers.

  • Refund policy: written, with a 30-day request window and stated timelines.
  • Refill: a 30-day refill promised on product pages but not defined in its Terms.
  • Complaints: one consumer review platform lists 2.4 out of 5 from 194 reviews, about 83% one-star.
  • Entity: "UseViral LTD" in its footer and a UAE-registered "UseViral" in its Terms, with no registration number.

Check the date and refill wording in its Terms before buying, since UseViral may change them without notice.

Is UseViral a Scam?

No, UseViral is not a fake storefront, but many buyers call it a scam over non-delivery, follower drops and support emails they say went unanswered.

A complaints board lists 17 UseViral complaints from May to November 2023, none marked resolved. Some bad reviews may belong to lookalike domains, so compare the real site with other BSTB seller reviews before deciding.

  • useviral.co: TrustScore 1.9 from 21 Trustpilot reviews, unclaimed and no longer active.
  • useviral.store: 2.3 from 13 reviews, sells other goods, with no stated link to useviral.com.
  • userviral.com: listed at 1.6 from 35 reviews; note the extra "r".
  • Reddit: several r/NewTubers replies call UseViral a scam and report emails with no reply.

Type useviral.com into the address bar yourself rather than following ads or links to similar spellings.

Is UseViral Safe for Your YouTube Channel?

No, UseViral is not safe for your YouTube channel: YouTube bans artificially increased views, likes and subscribers, and UseViral's Terms leave any ban with you.

UseViral is safe for your password, which it never asks for, but the account risk stays. The same rules apply to the best sites to buy YouTube views, not just UseViral.

  • YouTube: artificial traffic "will not be counted" and "can lead to strikes"; 3 strikes within 90 days may end a channel.
  • X: bans compensating others for "account metric inflation", with permanent suspension in severe cases.
  • Spotify: says paid services that guarantee streams "aren't legitimate" and may withhold royalties.
  • UseViral Terms: not responsible if your account "is restricted or banned for any reason".

Never point a paid order at a channel you depend on for income or sponsorships.

Does UseViral Need Your Password?

No, UseViral does not need your password: its pages ask only for a public video, profile or channel URL, and its Terms say it never stores passwords.

The homepage says "No password needed, ever" and "We only need the public URL". That removes login risk, but not the platform-policy risk that comes with the engagement itself.

  • Terms wording: "We do not ask for or store the password to your social-media account."
  • Public link: the profile, channel or video has to stay public during delivery.
  • Refill catch: making the account private or changing your username voids the 30-day refill.
  • Tracking: orders are tracked in a dashboard you log into with the email you ordered with.

If any site claiming to be UseViral asks for your password, close it and check the domain.

Are UseViral Subscribers and Followers Real?

UseViral says Standard accounts are "real users" and Premium has "no ghost profiles", but buyers report fake-looking accounts and drops, and neither claim can be verified.

Even real accounts that never watch, like or comment add nothing to watch time and pull your engagement rate down. A TikTok engagement rate calculator shows that effect on your own numbers.

  • Site claims: "100% real", "Real users only" and "never bots", all unverified.
  • Tier test: one Reddit buyer said there was "no difference" between the tiers they tried.
  • Wrong countries: another Reddit reply reported followers from countries they did not order.
  • LinkedIn likes: an r/NewTubers reply described UseViral LinkedIn likes as fake.

Judge any seller by engagement on later posts, not by the follower count on delivery day.

Can UseViral Get Your YouTube Channel Banned?

Yes, UseViral can put your channel at risk, because YouTube says artificial traffic "can lead to strikes" and 3 strikes within 90 days may terminate a channel.

Enforcement is unpredictable, so some buyers see no action, but UseViral's Terms make every consequence yours. The commonest outcome YouTube describes is quieter: bought traffic "will not be counted".

  • YouTube policy: bans "anything that artificially increases the number of views, likes, comments, or other metrics".
  • Strikes: 3 strikes within 90 days may terminate a channel.
  • UseViral Terms: not responsible if your account is "restricted or banned for any reason".
  • Chargebacks: a chargeback may lead UseViral to remove engagement it already delivered.

Keep paid experiments away from any channel that is in, or applying to, the YouTube Partner Program.

Can UseViral Help You Get Monetized on YouTube?

No, UseViral cannot reliably get you monetized, because the Partner Program needs 4,000 valid public watch hours and YouTube says artificial traffic will not be counted.

UseViral's own subscriber page states the bar as 1,000 subscribers plus 4,000 valid public watch hours in 12 months. Our YouTube money calculator shows what real views could earn once you qualify.

  • 1,000 subscribers: $76.99 on the Standard tier.
  • 4,000 watch hours: $269.99, described as "drip-fed over days".
  • Both together: about $347 before the 35% Premium uplift.
  • Buyer report: one Reddit user said $259 of watch hours had not arrived months later.

Spend a monetization budget on videos and promotion that bring viewers whose hours actually count.

What Is the UseViral Refund Policy?

UseViral refunds undelivered, partly delivered or badly delayed orders if you ask within 30 days of purchase; fully delivered and confirmed orders are generally not refunded.

The refund policy, last updated in July 2026, refunds only the affected portion of an order. Orders paid with UseViral credit come back as account credit, at "1 credit = $1".

  • How to ask: email [email protected] with your order number.
  • Timing: simple requests "within hours", complex ones 1 to 3 business days, then up to 7 to 10 business days at your bank.
  • Excluded: delivered orders, promo or bonus credits, drops you caused, Terms breaches and repeated requests.
  • Chargebacks: filed without contacting support first are treated as fraudulent.

Screenshot your counts on delivery day so you can prove a shortfall inside the 30-day window.

How Does the UseViral 30-Day Refill Guarantee Work?

UseViral promises free top-ups of dropped followers or subscribers for 30 days after delivery, but only on its product pages and refund policy, not in its Terms.

The homepage says "no questions, no forms", while the refund policy adds conditions. To see what drops do to your real price, use the cost per retained follower calculator.

  • Window: 30 days after delivery, "provided the service is still offered".
  • Voided by: making the account private or changing your username.
  • Terms: the refill is not defined, and exact counts are not guaranteed.
  • Buyer report: about 6,000 of 15,000 followers dropped within 30 days, and support said nothing is guaranteed beyond that.

Record your count every few days for the first month, because drops after day 30 are not covered.

How Long Does UseViral Take to Deliver?

UseViral says most orders start within about 30 minutes and finish inside 24 hours, though some buyers report waits of days or even months.

Delivery is drip-fed rather than instant. Watch hours are described two ways on the same page, "drip-fed naturally over 24 hours" and "drip-fed over days", so plan for the slower one.

  • Stated start: "30 min average start time" on the homepage.
  • Stated finish: most orders "complete inside 24 hours".
  • Discord members: a Quora answer says they took 3 days and none were online.
  • Subscriptions: more than four new posts per account per day "may receive no delivery".
  • Slow delivery: counts as a refund reason if you ask within 30 days.

If nothing has started after a day, email support and keep the written reply for any refund claim.

How Much Does UseViral Cost?

UseViral costs $2.49 for 100 YouTube views, $7.99 for 100 YouTube subscribers and $5.99 for 100 TikTok followers on its Standard tier, read October 14, 2026.

Prices sit next to crossed-out "original" prices with a "Save up to 20%" label, and signed-in returning customers are offered 10% off. Compare TikTok rates on our best sites to buy TikTok followers page.

  • YouTube subscribers: $76.99 for 1,000 and $1,198.99 for 25,000.
  • YouTube watch hours: $11.99 for 100 and $269.99 for 4,000.
  • X followers: $6.99 for 100 and $31.99 for 1,000.
  • Spotify plays: $6.99 for 1,000 and $34.99 for 10,000.
  • Premium quality: 35% more than Standard on every product page.

Check the per-1,000 price, since UseViral's TikTok page listed 1,000 and 1,500 followers at the same $29.99.

What Is UseViral Premium Quality?

UseViral Premium quality is a 35% upgrade sold as "High-retention accounts · no ghost profiles · priority queue", with no separate Premium prices shown.

Standard is already sold as "Real users" from "active accounts", so it is unclear what "no ghost profiles" adds. Neither label can be checked from outside the order.

  • Price: +35% on the Standard price, so 1,000 YouTube subscribers at $76.99 become about $104.
  • Promised extras: high retention, no ghost profiles and a priority queue.
  • Prices shown: only the +35% uplift, never a Premium price list.
  • Buyer report: one Reddit reply said there was "no difference" between the tiers.

If you compare tiers, judge them by drops after 30 days, not by how profiles look on delivery day.

Does UseViral Still Sell Instagram Followers?

UseViral lists Instagram on its homepage, but its Instagram followers and likes pages redirected to a separate seller's website when read on October 14, 2026.

That website does not mention UseViral, so UseViral Instagram prices could not be read, and an order there may not fall under UseViral's Terms. For rated options, see our best sites to buy Instagram followers.

  • Redirected pages: useviral.com/buy-instagram-followers and /buy-instagram-likes.
  • Buzzoid: $3.49 for 100 Instagram followers, rated Fair by BSTB.
  • Twicsy: $3.49 for 100, refills on Active and VIP tiers only, rated Fair.
  • Goread.io: $1.89 for 100, no company named, rated Mixed.

Check the address bar on the checkout page before entering card details.

What Payment Methods Does UseViral Accept?

UseViral accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Bitcoin, according to the payment logos on its site; PayPal is not shown.

Card payments leave you a bank dispute route, but UseViral treats chargebacks harshly, so use its refund process first. Bitcoin payments cannot be reversed once sent.

  • Cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
  • Wallets: Apple Pay and Google Pay.
  • Crypto: Bitcoin only.
  • Chargebacks: "may result in a permanent ban" and removal of engagement already delivered.
  • Credits: credit-paid orders are refunded as credit, "1 credit = $1".

Pay by card rather than crypto so you keep a fallback if a refund request goes nowhere.

How Do I Contact UseViral Customer Support?

UseViral customer support is reachable by email at [email protected], a three-lane web form and a Telegram chat; there is no phone number.

The homepage claims "Avg 7-min reply" and the support page says "Staffed 24/7", yet unanswered email is the commonest buyer complaint. If these details go out of date, contact BSTB and we will re-check them.

  • Email: [email protected], also the address for refund requests.
  • Web form: Order support, Sales & advice, and General lanes.
  • Telegram: a "Chat on Telegram" link to a handle not branded UseViral.
  • Order tracking: a dashboard login using your order email.

Keep every support exchange in writing with your order number, since refunds depend on it.

Who Owns UseViral?

UseViral's footer says it is "owned & operated by UseViral LTD", while its Terms name "UseViral" as a company registered in the United Arab Emirates.

No registration number appears anywhere, so treat these as the site's own statements, not a verified company record. The Terms give a Dubai address and choose UAE law.

  • Footer: "owned & operated by UseViral LTD", with no address.
  • Terms address: Al Khayat Avenue Street 17, Warehouse 8, Al Quoz, Dubai.
  • Governing law: UAE law, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai.
  • Operating claim: "Operating since 2015", according to its footer.

Expect any dispute to run under UAE law, so settle problems through support inside the refund window.

Can Businesses Use UseViral?

No, UseViral's own Terms say "Any commercial use of our products or Services is expressly prohibited", even though it sells LinkedIn company-page followers.

In the US, the FTC's 2024 rule also bars buying fake social media indicators to misrepresent influence for a commercial purpose. Brands get safer reach from AI tools for social media. This is general information, not legal advice.

  • Terms: businesses are "expressly prohibited from using the Services".
  • LinkedIn: 100 followers for $8.99 and 1,000 for $76.99, company pages accepted.
  • FTC rule: 16 CFR Part 465, finalized August 2024, covers fake followers and views.
  • Platform rules: X and YouTube ban metric inflation whoever pays for it.

Brands and agencies should keep paid engagement off client accounts entirely.

Why Does UseViral Have Bad Reviews?

UseViral has bad reviews mainly over non-delivery, follower drops and unanswered support emails, according to buyer reviews, complaint records and Reddit threads.

One consumer review platform lists useviral.com at 2.4 out of 5 from 194 reviews, with no company replies in 12 months. See how other sellers compare in our BSTB seller reviews.

  • Star split: about 83% of those reviews are one-star.
  • Complaints board: 17 complaints from May to November 2023, 0 resolved.
  • Lookalikes: useviral.co, useviral.store and userviral.com carry their own low scores.
  • AI answers: ChatGPT said "I would be cautious" and Gemini noted "significant downsides and risks".

Check which domain a bad review names before counting it against useviral.com.

What Are the Best UseViral Alternatives?

The best UseViral alternatives are Media Mister for refills, Views4You for YouTube, Likes.io for watch hours, Buzzoid and Twicsy for Fair ratings, and Goread.io for price.

All of them sell bought engagement, so YouTube's rules apply to each. Our Buzzoid review covers the Fair-rated pick in more detail.

  • Media Mister: YouTube subscribers from $26, with a 60-day refill as stated.
  • Views4You: $12.99 for 100 YouTube subscribers and an advertised free trial of 20 subscribers.
  • Likes.io: YouTube watch hours from 500 to 4,000, six platforms, rated Fair.
  • Buzzoid: 500 YouTube subscribers for $58.99, rated Fair.
  • Goread.io: $1.89 for 100 Instagram followers, rated Mixed.

For growth that counts toward monetization, ads, collaborations and scheduling tools beat every seller here.

UseViral vs Likes.io: Which Is Better for YouTube?

UseViral is cheaper than Likes.io for YouTube subscribers, $76.99 against $106.19 for 1,000, but Likes.io holds a Fair rating while UseViral is rated Mixed.

Both sell YouTube watch hours, which YouTube may not count toward monetization. Read our Likes.io review for its refill and platform details.

  • Per 1,000 subscribers: UseViral $76.99, Likes.io $106.19.
  • Watch hours: UseViral up to 4,000 for $269.99; Likes.io 500 to 4,000.
  • Platforms: UseViral lists about a dozen; Likes.io six, including Spotify and SoundCloud.
  • Refill: UseViral 30 days on its pages, not in its Terms; Likes.io offered, eligibility undefined.

Choose on refill wording and rating, not only price, since drops erase a cheaper sticker fast.

Is UseViral Worth It?

UseViral is worth it only for a tiny, low-stakes test such as $2.49 of views on a personal video, not for monetization, brands or influencers.

Bigger orders cost hundreds, YouTube can discount artificial traffic, and refunds stop once delivery is complete. Compare prices on our best sites to buy YouTube views page before deciding.

  • Low end: 100 YouTube views for $2.49.
  • High end: 25,000 YouTube subscribers for $1,198.99.
  • Policy risk: YouTube may ignore artificial traffic, and can issue strikes for it.
  • Rating: Mixed, because of heavy complaints and a refill missing from its Terms.

If the money matters, put it into content or ads that bring viewers who stay.
