Is TokMatik Legit?
TokMatik is a real store with live prices and Terms, run by "TokMatik Ltd.", but it gives no company address and its policies name two different countries' laws.
Our TokMatik review finds a working, password-free store at tokmatik.com that sells TikTok followers from $5.99 and 1,000 for $29.99, plus Instagram and YouTube packages. Its Terms promise a 30-day refund window and a 30-day refill, but they name UAE law while its Privacy policy names Bulgaria, and 28% of its 50 Trustpilot reviews are one-star. Buying followers also breaks TikTok's rules.
TokMatik is a real, working store that never asks for your password, but contradictory fine print, mixed Trustpilot reviews and TikTok's rules make it a cautious buy at best.
TokMatik is a real store with live prices and Terms, run by "TokMatik Ltd.", but it gives no company address and its policies name two different countries' laws.
TokMatik never needs your password. "No password required" appears on its homepage and on every TikTok tier we read, and checkout runs on its own checkout.tokmatik.com page.
TokMatik is not risk-free for your TikTok account, because TikTok bans selling followers or likes and says it removes fake followers it finds.
TokMatik followers can drop, and its Terms refill drops for 30 days as standard, but one April 2026 buyer says 200 followers vanished within 2 days.
TokMatik allows refund requests within 30 days, but its Terms exclude "fully delivered and confirmed" services and name only Instagram services in the refund clause.
TokMatik is worth it only as a small personal test: its prices match SidesMedia's to the cent, while SocialWick and Media Mister start lower with longer refills.
TokMatik scores best on value for money and weakest on follower quality, which no one outside TokMatik has checked, with retention, delivery, support and refunds all Mixed. Here is each factor in one line.
TokMatik calls its followers "real" and "authentic", but nobody has checked them independently, and one Trustpilot buyer says accounts "were not as advertised".
TokMatik says followers are "guaranteed to stick", yet an April 2026 Trustpilot buyer says 200 followers vanished within 2 days.
TokMatik promises engagement "within minutes", while one recent buyer reports receiving fewer followers than ordered.
TokMatik offers a contact form and email with no stated reply time, and two recent Trustpilot reviews complain about support.
TokMatik gives a 30-day refund window and 30-day refill in its Terms, but the refund clause names only Instagram services.
TokMatik charges $5.99 to start and $29.99 for 1,000 TikTok followers, the same as SidesMedia and above SocialWick.
TokMatik is a working, password-free TikTok seller with clear package prices, but its Terms and Privacy policy contradict each other and 28% of its Trustpilot reviews are one-star. It suits only a small personal test.
Our bottom line
TokMatik
tokmatik.com · TikTok-first engagement seller, plus Instagram and YouTube
Easy, password-free TikTok packages, sold under fine print that names two different countries.
Ordering needs no password, refills run 30 days as standard and refunds can be requested within 30 days. But its Terms apply UAE law while its Privacy policy applies Bulgarian law, the refund clause names only Instagram services, TokMatik Ltd. gives no address, and buying followers breaks TikTok's rules.
TokMatik pricing starts at $5.99 for TikTok followers, $2.99 for TikTok likes and $1.99 for TikTok views, with 1,000 followers listed at $29.99.
Read on tokmatik.com on Oct 16, 2026. Product pages show a final price only for the highlighted size and a discount for the others, so check the total at checkout. The page does not say which tier the highlighted price belongs to.

Check these six things before buying from TokMatik, because its product pages, Terms and Privacy policy do not always say the same thing.
TokMatik reviews online are thin: the Quora question about it holds answers written for other sites, and ChatGPT found no verifiable Reddit discussion of TokMatik.

Swipe or scroll sideways to see every screenshot. These are individual opinions we could not verify; usernames, other sellers' names and review-site citations are blurred. All four Quora answers appear on a question about TokMatik.com but were originally written for other free-follower sites, so they are shown as general warnings, not as evidence about TokMatik. AI answers summarise third-party sources and can be wrong: TokMatik also sells Instagram and YouTube services, despite Grok's answer.

TokMatik is a paid engagement store at tokmatik.com that leads with TikTok followers, likes and views, and also sells Instagram and YouTube packages, all ordered without a password.
TikTok comes first in its menu, its services list and its homepage banner, which reads "Buy TikTok followers, likes and views", so this review focuses on TikTok. The footer names "TokMatik Ltd." and states "TokMatik is not affiliated with TikTok or ByteDance", but gives no street address, phone number or registration number.
The domain tokmatik.com was registered on November 11, 2020, with the owner hidden in the public record, and its Privacy policy says it has been "Effective as of 18th of June 2021". TokMatik claims "20,000+ Customers" and a "4.9 out of 5" rating from "surveys of real TokMatik customers", but it shows no review count or source for either figure.

TokMatik services cover 10 products: TikTok followers, likes and views; Instagram followers, likes, views and comments; and YouTube subscribers, likes and views. Each is sold as a fixed package.
| Platform | What TokMatik sells | Starting price read |
|---|---|---|
| TikTok | Followers, likes, views | Followers $5.99; likes $2.99; views $1.99 |
| Followers, likes, views, comments | Followers $3.49; likes $1.99; views $2.49; comments $9.99 | |
| YouTube | Subscribers, likes, views | Subscribers $11.99; likes $2.99; views $2.49 |

The TikTok followers page sells 11 sizes, from 100 to 20,000, in three tiers: High Quality, Premium and VIP. Likes come in sizes up to 50,000 and views up to 100,000. TokMatik does not sell TikTok comments, shares or live views, although one AI answer above says it does. To compare TokMatik with other TikTok sellers side by side, see our best sites to buy TikTok followers.

TokMatik's three tiers differ mainly in delivery wording and refills. High Quality promises "Instant delivery" with no refill listed; Premium promises "Guaranteed Delivery", "30 day refills" and "Real Active" engagement; VIP adds "Guaranteed Instant Delivery", targeted followers and "everything in" the lower tier. The page shows one final price per product without saying which tier it belongs to, so confirm the tier at checkout.
TokMatik pricing for TikTok followers starts at $5.99, and 1,000 followers cost $29.99, shown against a struck-through $38.99. Other sizes on the page show only a discount, such as "$3 off" for 200 or "$49 off" for 20,000.
| TokMatik service | Price shown | Sizes offered |
|---|---|---|
| TikTok followers | From $5.99; 1,000 for $29.99 | 100 to 20,000 |
| TikTok likes | From $2.99; 1,000 for $13.99 | 100 to 50,000 |
| TikTok views | From $1.99; 10,000 for $9.99 | 1,000 to 100,000 |
| Instagram followers | From $3.49; 1,000 for $14.99 | 100 to 20,000 |
| YouTube subscribers | From $11.99 | Not checked |

At $29.99 for 1,000, TokMatik costs about 3 cents per TikTok follower, which is mid-range among the sellers we compare below. The product page FAQ asks "What payment methods do you accept?" but shows no answer; the Privacy policy names PayPal and unnamed "other secure payment gateways". For views, compare our best sites to buy TikTok views.

TokMatik's starting prices match SidesMedia's on TikTok followers ($5.99), likes ($2.99) and views ($1.99), YouTube likes ($2.99) and views ($2.49), and 1,000 TikTok followers cost $29.99 at both. Both name UAE law in their Terms. Neither site mentions the other, and no document we found links the two companies, so treat this as a pattern worth knowing, not proof of a shared owner.
TokMatik works as a short checkout: choose a service, a tier and a package size, then pay on checkout.tokmatik.com, without ever giving your TikTok password.
One oddity: the Terms say "We require your Instagram username to obtain the required information for the Instagram API" and never mention a TikTok username. The Terms appear written for an Instagram store, which matters when you read the refund clause below.
TokMatik is legit in the sense that it is a working store with live prices and written Terms, but contradictory policies and an unlocated owner earn it a Mixed rating. Legit does not mean allowed: buying followers breaks TikTok's rules.
What we could verify on October 16, 2026: live package prices, Terms "Last updated: 10/13/2026", a Privacy policy, a support form, a support email and a domain registered in November 2020. What we could not verify: TokMatik Ltd.'s address or registration, the "20,000+ Customers" claim, the "4.9 out of 5" rating, the "Rated #1 in Service Administration" badge and the quality of its followers.
The trust signals conflict. The Terms say disputes fall under "the laws of UAE", while the Privacy policy says "laws of Bulgaria". The TikTok followers page shows a 4.9 rating in its header and 4.98 on a badge. Its FAQ lists 11 questions, including "Can I get a refund if I'm unhappy?", but shows no answers.

TokMatik's Trustpilot reviews are split: a TrustScore of 3.4 from 50 reviews, with 64% five-star and 28% one-star. The profile is unclaimed, and only 4 reviews arrived in the last 12 months. Two April 2026 one-star reviews say "I payed for 200 followers and in 2 days time they all disappeared" and describe a short delivery with no reply to a support ticket. A January 2026 review says "I am not very satisfied with the support", while five-star reviews from 2025 and February 2026 praise speed and audience fit.

TokMatik names only "TokMatik Ltd." as its owner, with no address, registration number or country. Its Terms point to UAE courts and its Privacy policy to Bulgarian courts, and the domain record hides the registrant. Promotional pages about TokMatik posted on unrelated sites, such as public file uploads and forum profiles, list a Dubai address that does not appear on tokmatik.com, so we treat it as unverified. If something goes wrong, you are dealing with a company you cannot locate.
TokMatik at tokmatik.com is the only store this review covers. TOKmate is a separately reviewed TikTok product with no link to TokMatik that we could find. The Quora screenshots above sit on a TokMatik question, but every answer was written for a different free-follower site, so do not read them as TokMatik reviews.
TokMatik is safe for your password because it never asks for one, but not for your TikTok account, because TikTok bans the trade of fake followers and likes. TokMatik's promise to "keep your account 100% safe" is its own marketing, not a promise TikTok makes.
| Risk | Level | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Your login | Low | "No password required" on every TikTok tier; checkout runs on TokMatik's own subdomain. |
| Your money | Medium | A 30-day refund window exists, but delivered orders are excluded and the clause names only Instagram services. |
| Your account | Real | TikTok removes fake followers and keeps manipulative content out of the For You feed. |
TikTok's Community Guidelines say "We do not allow the trade of services that attempt to artificially increase engagement", and list "selling followers or likes" as an example. If TikTok finds inflated metrics, it says "we will remove the associated fake followers or likes", and content that "seeks to trick or manipulate others to increase followers, likes, or views" becomes ineligible for the For You feed. TokMatik's Terms add that it is "not responsible for your actions or their consequences".
TokMatik's chargeback rule affects anyone who disputes a payment, because its Terms threaten a permanent ban. The exact wording is "Any chargeback will result in a permanent ban from using our services." Ask support for a refund in writing first, with your order number, and keep the reply. If support never answers, your card issuer or PayPal is still your fallback.
No seller can make this "safe". TikTok's rules ban the product itself, and TokMatik's Terms put the consequences on you. Your account carries the risk, not the seller.
TokMatik can raise a visible TikTok count, but no independent evidence shows its followers are real or lasting, and an April 2026 buyer says 200 followers vanished in 2 days. TokMatik describes them as "real", "authentic" and "guaranteed to stick for the long term".
The public evidence is thin. A March 2025 Trustpilot reviewer says "Accounts were not as advertised" but adds that support fixed the order and gave a free package. An April 2025 reviewer who ordered 5,000 followers says they have been "seeing more engagement since". ChatGPT sums it up fairly: TokMatik's claims "don't independently establish follower quality". TokMatik's own Terms concede "We can see your count, but not where each follower, like, view, comment or subscriber came from."

Bought followers lower your TikTok engagement rate because they rarely watch, like or comment, so the same real interactions are spread across a bigger count. An account with 2,000 followers and 100 interactions per video has a 5% rate; add 2,000 silent followers and it falls to 2.5%. Brands check this before paying creators, so measure yours with our TikTok engagement rate calculator before and after any order.
TokMatik says its followers are real, but only its Premium tier promises "Real Active" engagement and only VIP promises "targeted people". High Quality is described just as high quality. Accounts that never interact behave like bots to TikTok and to brands, whatever the label. Judge any seller by engagement on your next few videos, not by the count on delivery day.
TokMatik's refund policy allows full-refund requests within 30 days of purchase, its refill covers drops for 30 days as standard, and its pages promise delivery "within minutes".
| Policy | What TokMatik says | Watch out for |
|---|---|---|
| Delivery | Engagement appears "within minutes of your order"; "Instant Delivery". | Terms: "we cannot guarantee the exact number of followers, likes, or views you will receive". |
| Refill | "30 days as standard, or 90 days if you add the extended refill"; drops are topped up "for free". | TikTok product pages list refills only on Premium. Drops below the start count are not covered. |
| Refunds | Full refund requests "within the first 30 calendar days" of purchase. | Clause names only "Instagram likes, followers, views, or comments services"; "fully delivered and confirmed" services excluded. |
| Chargebacks | "Any chargeback will result in a permanent ban". | Contact support first and keep the written reply. |
The refill section says refills run "one refill at a time" and that "Your refill period is shown at checkout", while the price of the 90-day extended refill is not stated in the Terms. Screenshot your count on days 0, 7, 14 and 30, and work out what a follower really costs after drops with our cost per retained follower calculator.
TokMatik's refund policy does not clearly cover TikTok orders, because the clause names only Instagram services. It offers refunds to customers "not satisfied with our Instagram likes, followers, views, or comments services" and never mentions TikTok or YouTube. The same Terms also list exclusions for delivered orders and a "Right to Deny Refund". Ask support in writing, before you pay, whether a TikTok order qualifies.
TokMatik's refill does not cover drops below your starting count, which its Terms say "includes ones from other providers, earlier orders whose refill period has ended, and ordinary unfollows". It also stops if you make the account private or change your username while a refill runs.
TokMatik customer support runs through a contact form on tokmatik.com/support and the email [email protected], with no live chat, phone line or stated reply time.
The support form asks for your name, email, order number and message, and says "we'll get back to you as soon as we can". The homepage advertises "24/7 Support" and "Priority customer support", and the Instagram VIP tier promises "Priority lifetime VIP support". On Trustpilot, an April 2026 buyer says a ticket went unanswered, a January 2026 reviewer is "not very satisfied with the support", and a March 2025 reviewer says support fixed a problem with a free package. Keep every exchange in writing with your order number.
TokMatik's pros and cons come down to password-free orders, clear package prices and written refund and refill terms, against fine print that contradicts itself, mixed reviews and an unlocated owner. This TokMatik review weighs each point against TokMatik's own pages and Terms, so you can judge the trade-off for your account.
TokMatik's biggest advantage is a simple, password-free TikTok checkout with clear package sizes and written refund and refill terms.
TokMatik's main drawback is fine print you cannot rely on: its policies name two countries' laws and its refund clause is written for Instagram. The rest come from policy risk and buyer complaints.
TokMatik's pros outweigh the cons only for a small, personal test. A password-free checkout and written refill matter, but TokMatik charges the same as SidesMedia, which names its company, and more than SocialWick, which states a 90-day refill. If you still want to try it, choose Premium and the smallest size.
The best TokMatik alternatives for TikTok are SocialWick and Media Mister for price and refills, SidesMedia for a named owner and StormLikes for a Fair rating. Celebian suits TikTok-only buyers, and GetAFollower offers a 60-day refill. Every seller below sells TikTok followers, so TikTok's rules apply to all of them.
| Service | TikTok follower price | How it works | Refill as stated | BSTB rating |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| TokMatik | From $5.99; $29.99 / 1,000 | Packages, no password | 30 days standard; Premium only on pages | Mixed |
| SidesMedia | $5.99 / 100; $29.99 / 1,000 | Packages, no password | 30 days | Mixed |
| Celebian | $4.99 / 100 | TikTok only, username and email | None | Mixed |
| StormLikes | From $4.99 | Packages, no password | 30 days on product pages | Fair |
| Media Mister | From $2 | Packages, no login | 60 days | Mixed |
| SocialWick | From $1.99 | Packages, no password | 90 days | Mixed |
| GetAFollower | From $2 | Packages, profile URL only | 60 days | Mixed |
TikTok follower prices and policies read from each seller's own site in October 2026 for our individual reviews; TokMatik read on October 16, the others on October 14 to 16, 2026. Self-reported and subject to change.

SidesMedia charges exactly what TokMatik does for TikTok followers, $5.99 for 100 and $29.99 for 1,000. Unlike TokMatik, it names Social FZ LLC in the United Arab Emirates in its footer and states a 30-day refill. It never asks for a password. Best for: buyers who want the same price from a named company.
Read our SidesMedia review
Celebian sells only TikTok engagement, with 100 TikTok followers for $4.99, and asks only for a username and email. It offers no refill, so drops are your loss. Best for: TikTok-only buyers who want a lower 100-follower price.
Read our Celebian review
StormLikes sells Instagram and TikTok packages, with TikTok followers from $4.99, and never asks for a password. Its 30-day refill appears on product pages but not in its Terms. Best for: buyers who want our only Fair-rated pick here.
Read our StormLikes review
Media Mister leads with TikTok, lists TikTok followers from $2 and promises a 60-day refill. It also offers a 30-day refund if an order is not delivered in full, and names a UAE company. It never asks for your login. Best for: buyers who want refill cover twice as long as TokMatik's standard.
Read our Media Mister review
SocialWick lists TikTok followers from $1.99, states free refills for 90 days and a 30-day money-back promise, and never asks for a password. Best for: price-first buyers who want the longest stated refill without a paid add-on.
Read our SocialWick review
GetAFollower lists TikTok first in its menu, says TikTok followers start from $2 in its FAQ, states a 60-day refill and asks only for a profile URL. Best for: small TikTok orders with a longer refill than TokMatik.
Read our GetAFollower reviewSidesMedia is the safer pick of the two at the same price, because it names its company. Both charge $5.99 for 100 TikTok followers and $29.99 for 1,000, both state a 30-day refill and neither asks for a password. SidesMedia names Social FZ LLC in the UAE, while TokMatik names only TokMatik Ltd. and cites two different countries' laws. Both are rated Mixed.
The right TokMatik alternative depends on what you want to fix: the price, the refill window, the unknown owner or the platform list.
You can grow on TikTok naturally without TokMatik by using TikTok ads, creator partnerships, agencies and AI scheduling tools, which bring real viewers who watch, comment and follow. These options are slower than buying followers, but the growth does not depend on a refill window.

TikTok ads put your best videos in front of real people by interest, age and location, within TikTok's rules. They cost more per follower than TokMatik, but those followers can watch and buy. Best for: businesses and launches.

Creator partnerships introduce you to audiences that already watch similar videos, through duets, stitches and disclosed collabs. Vet each partner's engagement first. Best for: small brands in a clear niche.

Social media agencies handle strategy, filming, comments and reporting for you, with growth measured in watch time and results. Best for: busy teams and brands.

AI and scheduling tools help you plan, caption and publish videos consistently, often from a free plan. Best for: solo creators on a budget.
Explore AI toolsOrganic TikTok growth comes from videos people watch to the end, share and come back for, and from joining conversations in your niche.
TokMatik is faster than organic TikTok growth when an order arrives, but builds no audience, while organic growth is slower and builds followers who watch, comment and stay. TokMatik costs $29.99 per 1,000 followers that TikTok may remove, while organic growth costs mostly time and compounds with every video.
TokMatik suits only a small test on a personal TikTok account you could lose without harm, because its Terms ban business use and TikTok bans bought followers. Anyone whose earnings depend on their profile should skip TokMatik and build a real audience instead.
TokMatik is a reasonable experiment only if you answer yes to all five questions below, and a single no points to a natural growth option instead.
TokMatik is a poor fit for creators and influencers, and only acceptable for new personal accounts as a small test.
Businesses and agencies cannot use TokMatik, because its own Terms bar them outright. They say "If you are a business or acting on behalf of a business entity, you are expressly prohibited from using our services." The FTC's 2024 rule also bans buying fake indicators of social media influence for a commercial purpose, and TikTok bans the trade itself. This is general information, not legal advice.
Anyone whose income, sponsorships, ad account or reputation depends on their TikTok profile should avoid TokMatik completely.
Our TokMatik review rates it Mixed: a password-free TikTok store with clear prices and written refill terms, undercut by contradictory policies, mixed reviews and an unlocated owner. For businesses, influencers and anyone who needs real engagement, the evidence points elsewhere.
It does some basics well: no password, $29.99 for 1,000 TikTok followers, a 30-day refund request window and a 30-day standard refill. But its Terms and Privacy policy name UAE and Bulgarian law, its refund clause names only Instagram services, its product FAQ answers are missing, and 28% of its 50 Trustpilot reviews are one-star. SidesMedia charges the same and names its company; SocialWick starts lower with a 90-day refill. Our rating: Mixed.
We reviewed TokMatik by reading its homepage, TikTok followers, likes and views pages, Instagram followers page, Terms of Service, Privacy policy and support page on October 16, 2026. We also checked its domain record and Trustpilot profile, and compared everything with TikTok's Community Guidelines, the FTC rule, client-supplied Quora screenshots and three AI answers. These 20 TokMatik FAQs cover whether TokMatik is legit, safe and worth it, plus pricing, refills, refunds, support, ownership and alternatives, from pages read October 16, 2026.
TokMatik is a legit, working store at tokmatik.com that sells TikTok, Instagram and YouTube packages, but its fine print contradicts itself, which is why we rate it Mixed.
Legit means you can buy, read the Terms and reach someone. TokMatik passes those basics but names no address and cites two countries' laws. See how we review sellers.
Check that the address bar says tokmatik.com before you pay.
TokMatik is not shown to be a scam: it delivers orders for many buyers, but 28% of its Trustpilot reviews are one-star and two April 2026 reviews report losses.
Most five-star reviews date from 2025, while recent complaints describe fast drops and an unanswered ticket. One buyer titled a review "IT'S A SCAM!" after receiving fewer followers than ordered.
Start with the smallest package so a bad order costs you little.
TokMatik is not risk-free for your TikTok account, because TikTok's Community Guidelines ban the trade of services that artificially increase engagement and say fake followers are removed.
TokMatik never asks for your password, so your login is safe. The risk is to your followers and reach. Our review method explains how we judge account risk.
Never use a seller like TokMatik on an account your income depends on.
TokMatik does not need your TikTok password: "No password required" appears on its homepage and on its High Quality and Premium TikTok tiers.
Checkout runs on checkout.tokmatik.com. Oddly, its Terms say "We require your Instagram username" and never mention a TikTok username, a sign the Terms were written for an Instagram store.
If any site claiming to be TokMatik asks for your login, close it and change your password.
TokMatik says its TikTok followers are "real" and "authentic", but no independent evidence shows how many are real or how long they stay.
Silent followers still lower your engagement rate. Measure yours with our TikTok engagement rate calculator before and after any order. TokMatik's Terms admit it cannot see where each follower came from.
Judge any seller by engagement on your next videos, not by the count on delivery day.
TokMatik could put your TikTok account at risk, though TikTok's guidelines describe removing fake followers and limiting reach rather than banning accounts for a single purchase.
TokMatik's own Terms accept no liability if your account is banned "for any reason", although that clause names Instagram. Repeated violations carry more risk than a one-off order on any platform.
Keep important accounts away from any service that inflates numbers.
TokMatik costs from $5.99 for TikTok followers, $2.99 for TikTok likes and $1.99 for TikTok views, with 1,000 followers listed at $29.99 on October 16, 2026.
Other sizes show only a discount on the product page, so the exact total appears at checkout. Compare these prices with our list of the best sites to buy TikTok followers.
Screenshot the price and tier before paying, since the page does not name the tier for the highlighted price.
TokMatik's tiers differ mainly in refills and delivery wording: only Premium lists a 30-day refill on the TikTok followers page, while VIP adds targeting.
The product page shows one highlighted price without saying which tier it belongs to. The Terms promise a 30-day refill "as standard", which conflicts with the page listing it only on Premium.
Choose Premium if you want a refill you can point to on the product page.
TokMatik's refund policy lets customers request a full refund within 30 calendar days of purchase, but it names only Instagram services and excludes delivered orders.
The clause offers refunds to customers "not satisfied with our Instagram likes, followers, views, or comments services" and never mentions TikTok. The Terms also include a "Right to Deny Refund" section.
Ask support in writing whether a TikTok order qualifies before you pay.
TokMatik refills dropped followers for free for 30 days as standard, or 90 days with a paid extended refill, according to its Terms.
Drops below your starting count are not covered, and the account must stay public with the same username. Work out the real cost after drops with our cost per retained follower calculator.
Check the refill period shown at checkout, since the Terms say it appears there.
TokMatik says TikTok engagement appears "within minutes of your order", but its Terms say it "cannot guarantee the exact number" you will receive.
Trustpilot reviewers describe deliveries in hours or overnight, while one April 2026 buyer reports receiving fewer followers than ordered. No delivery window is written into the Terms, and the tiers describe speed in different words.
Fast follower jumps look less natural; smaller orders spread out are less obvious.
You contact TokMatik support through the form at tokmatik.com/support or by email at [email protected]; there is no live chat or phone line.
The form asks for your name, email and order number and promises a reply "as soon as we can", with no stated response time. To flag an outdated detail on this page, contact BSTB.
Always include your order number and keep copies of every message.
TokMatik is owned by "TokMatik Ltd.", according to its Terms and footer, but no address, registration number or country of incorporation is given.
The Terms apply UAE law and the Privacy policy applies Bulgarian law. The domain record, registered November 11, 2020, hides the owner, so the company cannot be located from public pages. Promotional pages on unrelated sites list a Dubai address that tokmatik.com itself never shows.
Prefer sellers that publish a full company address you can check.
TokMatik's Trustpilot reviews give it a TrustScore of 3.4 from 50 reviews, with 64% five-star and 28% one-star, on an unclaimed profile.
Only 4 reviews arrived in the last 12 months, and Trustpilot notes TokMatik has not invited customers to review. For rated alternatives, browse our BSTB seller reviews.
Read the newest one-star reviews before trusting any headline rating.
TokMatik's Privacy policy names PayPal and unnamed "other secure payment gateways"; its product page asks about payment methods but shows no answer.
Checkout happens on checkout.tokmatik.com. Note the Terms clause: "Any chargeback will result in a permanent ban from using our services", so contact support before disputing a charge.
Paying through a method with buyer protection gives you a fallback if support stays silent.
TokMatik sells Instagram and YouTube services as well as TikTok: Instagram followers start at $3.49 and YouTube subscribers at $11.99.
Grok's answer above wrongly calls TokMatik TikTok-only, but TikTok does lead its menu. If Instagram is your main platform, compare our list of the best sites to buy Instagram followers first.
Instagram and YouTube have their own fake-engagement rules, so the same account risk applies.
The best TokMatik alternatives are SocialWick and Media Mister for lower prices and longer refills, SidesMedia for a named company and StormLikes for a Fair rating.
All of them sell one-off TikTok packages without a password, and TikTok's rules apply to all. Read our SocialWick review for the longest stated refill.
For real reach within TikTok's rules, TikTok ads or creator collabs are the better route.
SidesMedia is the safer pick at the same price: both charge $5.99 for 100 TikTok followers and $29.99 for 1,000, but SidesMedia names its company.
Both state a 30-day refill, ask for no password and cite UAE law in their Terms. No document links the two businesses. See our SidesMedia review for its refund terms.
When prices match, choose the seller whose owner you can identify.
Businesses cannot use TokMatik under its own Terms, which say businesses or anyone "acting on behalf of a business entity" are "expressly prohibited from using our services".
The FTC's 2024 rule also bans buying fake indicators of social media influence for a commercial purpose, and TikTok bans the trade itself. This is general information, not legal advice.
Businesses should use TikTok ads or an agency for growth they can report on.
TokMatik is worth it only as a small, personal test: its prices are mid-range, its refill is 30 days, and rivals offer longer cover for less.
Paying $29.99 for 1,000 TikTok followers buys a number, not an audience, and the refund clause does not clearly cover TikTok. If you want a package seller with a 60-day refill instead, read our Media Mister review.
Spend the money on growth you can measure, such as a small TikTok ad test.
