I’m a server who used to wait tables in some of LA’s most upscale restaurants. I’ve always had an affinity for food so when the pandemic hit and I lost my job I began my own culinary journey. I taught myself how to cook delicious and simple home cooked recipes that look and taste like a $25 dish.
