What is Integrity?
Integrity is a browser-based AI workspace that keeps documents, visual canvases, databases and AI chats inside one shared project tree. The AI reads the pages already in that tree, so answers reflect your own material rather than a blank prompt.
The idea is to remove the copy and paste loop between a writing app, a whiteboard and a separate chatbot. A project branches into documents, canvases, presentations and chats, and content blocks can be moved from one surface to another. A brief written in a document can sit beside a canvas that maps the same plan, and a chat thread in the same branch can be asked to summarise or challenge both.
Integrity, Inc., based in Austin, Texas, runs the service. It launched on Product Hunt in September 2025 and, at our October 2026 review, had left beta and published four plans. Pricing is set per workspace with shared AI credits, which is unusual in a category where most rivals charge for every seat.
Key Features
The shared project tree matters most, because every other feature (chat, canvases, publishing) works on the same pages instead of on copies held in separate apps.
- Project tree: Every document, canvas, presentation and chat hangs from a single outline for the project. This keeps related work in one branch, so a team can open a brief, its visual map and the AI discussion about it without hunting across tools.
- Universal blocks: Text, tables and AI replies are built as blocks that can be moved between pages and surfaces. A useful chat answer can be dragged into a document or onto a canvas, which saves retyping and keeps the wording intact.
- Context-aware AI: Chats draw on the pages that already exist inside the project rather than starting empty. Asking for a summary of a roadmap or a critique of a draft therefore returns answers grounded in your own notes, not generic advice.
- Several models: Directories report that ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini can be used inside one conversation. The privacy policy also names xAI and DeepSeek among its providers, and the credit cost of each request depends on the model chosen and its size.
- Publishing: Pages can be shared outward as simple sites through a public link that opens without an account. This suits founders sending an investor update or a team posting a project summary for clients outside the workspace.
- Voice and media: Voice chat, meeting recording with transcription, and image and video generation are listed among the workspace tools. A recorded call can be turned into notes in the same project, and generated images can be dropped onto a canvas.
Pros
Flat workspace pricing is the strongest argument for Integrity, since every plan, free included, admits unlimited teammates who share one credit pool.
- Fewer tabs: Writing, visual mapping and AI chat share one project instead of three separate subscriptions. Small teams lose less time switching windows and pasting context into a chatbot that has never seen their plan.
- No seat fees: Every plan allows unlimited teammates, and costs scale with AI use rather than headcount. A ten-person startup on Starter pays the same $10 a month as a solo founder, which is rare in this category.
- Usable free tier: The free plan includes 200 AI credits a month and 1 GB of storage. That is enough to build a real project, test the canvas and invite colleagues before deciding whether a paid plan is worth it.
- Clear data terms: Integrity names its AI providers and says their terms forbid training on your content. It also states that content is stored in Germany and that traffic is encrypted with TLS, which helps teams answer basic security questions.
- Easy migration: Notes from Notion, Obsidian and Workflowy can be brought in as Markdown, and content can be exported the same way. Teams can try Integrity without abandoning existing notes, and they keep a plain text copy if they leave.
Cons
Credit consumption is the weak spot, because every member draws on one balance and larger models cost more per request, so a busy team can exhaust a month early.
- Credit limits: Heavy AI use drains the shared balance faster than many buyers expect. Watching usage during the first weeks, and choosing lighter models for routine tasks, helps avoid having to buy top-up credits.
- Web only: We found no official desktop or mobile app at review time. People who work offline or mainly on a phone will feel this, although the Telegram integration offers a lighter route in from mobile.
- Young product: Integrity launched in 2025, so independent reviews and long-term track records are scarce. Buyers have less evidence about uptime and support quality than they would for older rivals such as Notion.
- Learning curve: Documents, canvases, databases, presentations and chats are many surfaces to organise at once. New users may need a few sessions before the project tree feels natural, especially when several teammates add branches.
- Thin support: Help comes through email and knowledge base articles, with no live chat or phone line listed. Teams on the larger Team plan may want faster answers than this model provides when something breaks.
Who is Using Integrity?
Small teams and founders form the core audience, because they gain most from combining docs, whiteboards and AI chat without paying for each extra seat.
- Founders: Early-stage founders map strategy on a canvas and draft plans beside it. They then publish the result as a report for advisers or investors without moving it into another tool.
- Project managers: Project leads turn roadmaps into linked pages and canvases. Connecting Linear or Slack through MCP lets the AI refer to work that already lives in those systems.
- Researchers: Researchers upload PDFs and books, highlight and annotate them, and link notes inside one project branch. Asking the AI questions across those pages helps them spot gaps before writing up findings.
- Creative teams: Designers and writers sketch ideas on canvases and refine them with AI chat. Figma links through MCP and image generation keep visual work close to the written brief.
Pricing
Integrity is freemium, with paid workspaces from $10 a month and no per-seat charge (official prices, October 2026).
| Plan | Price | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | 200 credits, 1 GB, 7-day history |
| Starter | $10 a month | 1,000 credits, 50 GB, MCP, 30-day history |
| Pro | $40 a month | 4,000 credits, 250 GB, 90-day history |
| Team | $200 a month | 20,000 credits, 1 TB, SSO, 180-day history |
Prices apply per workspace, yearly billing is offered, and extra credits can be bought. The maximum file upload also rises with each tier, from 20 MB on Free to 1 GB on Starter, 2 GB on Pro and 5 GB on Team. Some directories still describe a free beta with no prices, which no longer matches the official plan page.
Disclaimer: credit allowances and plan limits may change, so confirm them on Integrity’s own pricing page before you upgrade.
What Makes Integrity Unique?
Workspace pricing with unlimited members is the clearest difference, because adding a colleague never raises the bill. Most competing AI workspaces and whiteboards charge per seat, so Integrity becomes cheaper the more people share it.
The second difference is placement. Chats sit in the same tree as documents and canvases, not in a sidebar bolted onto a notes app, so an AI reply can become a block on a page and a page can become context for the next question. Combined with model choice from several providers, this makes Integrity closer to a shared thinking space than a document editor with AI added.
Compatibilities and Integrations
Integrity runs in any modern web browser and links to other work tools mainly through MCP, which arrives with the Starter plan.
- Platform: Runs in a web browser on desktop and laptop, with no official native apps listed.
- Connected tools: Notion, Slack, Linear and Figma connect through MCP, while Zoom and Telegram integrations are also listed.
- AI providers: The privacy policy names Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI, DeepSeek and other providers.
- Data: Markdown export keeps content portable, and Notion, Obsidian and Workflowy imports via Markdown ease migration.
- Access control: SSO is included on the Team plan for organisations that manage sign-in centrally.
Integrity Tutorials
A first working project takes roughly fifteen minutes on the free plan:
- Sign up for free and name your workspace.
- Create a project and add a document holding your brief or notes.
- Open a canvas in the same branch to map ideas visually.
- Start a chat, pick a model and ask questions about both pages.
- Drag useful AI replies into the document or onto the canvas as blocks.
- Invite teammates, then publish the page as a website or report when it is ready.
How We Rated It
Integrity earns 3.9 out of 5 thanks to broad features and seat-free pricing, held back by limited support channels and its short track record.

Summary
Integrity suits small teams and founders who want notes, whiteboards and AI chat in one place without paying for every seat. Its shared project tree gives the AI real context, and the free plan is generous enough for a proper trial. The main limitation is maturity, since it is web only, launched in 2025 and offers email-based support. Credits are shared across the workspace, so heavy users should plan model choice carefully. Track how quickly the 200 free credits go in your first month before choosing a paid plan.
