What is Ninja AI?
Ninja AI is a multi-model AI assistant from NinjaTech AI that combines chat, research, coding, file analysis and image tools under one subscription. You choose between GPT, Claude, Gemini and open-source models instead of paying each provider separately.
The newer centre of the product is SuperNinja, an autonomous agent that plans a task, browses the web, writes and runs code on its own isolated virtual machine, and returns finished files such as a website, dashboard or research report. NinjaTech now markets it as an always-on AI employee that keeps working across hours or days, and that can be reached through Slack, Microsoft Teams or WhatsApp as well as the web app.
NinjaTech AI is based in Los Altos, California, and is led by founder and chief executive Babak Pahlavan, who previously sold a start-up to Google. Press releases name Amazon’s Alexa Fund, SRI and Samsung among its backers, and describe a partnership with chipmaker Cerebras to speed up agent tasks. The Super Agent became generally available in July 2025, and myninja.ai remained online in October 2026.
Key Features
SuperNinja’s virtual computer and the wide model menu matter most, because together they let one subscription both reason with leading models and actually carry out the work.
- Model choice: Paid plans include premium models from OpenAI, Anthropic and Google alongside open-source options. NinjaTech’s site lists Claude, GPT and Gemini next to Kimi, GLM, DeepSeek, Qwen and Llama, and says you can swap models without lock-in.
- SuperNinja agent: The agent breaks a goal into steps and completes them on a dedicated cloud virtual machine. It can install packages, run scripts and test its output, and it keeps its state across long-running jobs.
- Deep research: Research mode gathers live web sources and returns a cited report rather than a single chat reply. Launch material also mentions real-time data feeds, such as financial and social analytics sources, for analysis tasks.
- Code and app building: Ninja writes, runs and debugs code, and can produce websites or dashboards ready to download or deploy. A Fast Deep Coder mode built with Cerebras targets quicker coding answers.
- Image and file tools: Several image models generate and edit pictures inside the same workspace. You can also upload documents, PDFs and spreadsheets for summaries, charts, data analysis or rewriting in a different tone.
- Approval gates: SuperNinja asks for your consent before sending external messages or making financial transactions. That keeps a person in control when the agent works through connected tools such as email or a CRM.
Pros
One bill for several frontier models plus a working agent is the core appeal, saving you from separate ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini subscriptions.
- Fewer subscriptions: Several leading models sit under a single plan, so you can compare answers side by side. Heavy users of more than one chatbot may spend less overall.
- Free entry point: A free tier with limited credits needs no payment card to start. You can test the chat and a short agent run before committing to a paid plan.
- Real execution: The agent runs and tests code in its own sandbox rather than only describing what to do. Results such as a working web page arrive closer to finished.
- Speed on long tasks: Cerebras says its hardware lets Ninja finish some agent jobs three to five times faster than GPU setups. Tasks that once took 10 to 20 minutes reportedly finish in one or two.
- Team sharing: Pro credits can be shared across up to five seats, and Business allows unlimited seats. Small teams can therefore pool one budget rather than buying separate licences.
Cons
Credit-based billing is the main catch, since the cost of each agent task depends on its length and complexity, making heavy use hard to predict.
- Unpredictable credits: Long agent runs can consume a large share of a monthly allowance in one go. Track the credits used on a few typical tasks before you upgrade.
- Shifting plans: NinjaTech has changed plan names and prices several times, from $5 tiers to a $100 launch plan for the Super Agent. Directory listings are often out of date as a result.
- Mixed user feedback: App store and Trustpilot reviews are uneven, with complaints about credits and support replies. Capterra reviewers also mention limited third-party integrations on the lower consumer tiers.
- Agent errors: Autonomous runs sometimes take wrong turns or stop partway through a task. You still need to check outputs, especially code and research figures, before relying on them.
- Name confusion: Several unrelated tools use the Ninja AI name, and it has no link to Ninja kitchen appliances. Make sure you sign up at myninja.ai or ninjatech.ai.
Who is Using Ninja AI?
Knowledge workers and small technical teams make up most of the audience, using Ninja to hand off research, drafting and prototype coding to the agent.
- Knowledge workers: Analysts and consultants draft reports and cited research summaries. The agent gathers sources while they focus on conclusions.
- Developers: Programmers test ideas and debug scripts in the sandbox. Some use the API to bring Ninja models into their own tools.
- Small teams: Start-ups share one credit pool across several seats. They use the agent for dashboards, competitor research and internal documents.
- Marketers and creators: Content teams produce copy, social posts and images in one place. Comparing models helps them pick the best draft.
Pricing
Ninja AI is freemium, with paid plans from $25 a month on annual billing (official pricing page, October 2026).
| Plan | Price | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | Limited credits, one task at a time |
| Pro | $25 a month, annual | 2,500 credits, up to 5 seats |
| Business | $50 a month, annual | 5,000 credits, unlimited seats |
| Enterprise | Custom | SSO, private deployment, flat-rate option on dedicated GPUs |
Futurepedia and Capterra still quote older plans from $5 a month, and App Store listings show SuperNinja tiers from $19 to $149.
Disclaimer: Credit allowances at NinjaTech move often, so compare the live plan page with your expected usage before you subscribe.
What Makes Ninja AI Unique?
A full virtual computer for every agent is the concrete difference. SuperNinja can install software, run scripts, browse and test what it builds before handing it back, and it keeps that environment alive across long jobs rather than resetting after each reply.
Few consumer assistants pair that with a menu of rival models under one plan. NinjaTech also runs much of its inference on Cerebras hardware, which it credits for faster agent runs, and offers enterprises a flat, unmetered price on dedicated GPUs instead of per-token billing.
Compatibilities and Integrations
Ninja AI runs on the web, iPhone and Android, and the company claims over 3,000 integrations for its agent, led by common business apps.
- Platforms: Web app at myninja.ai, plus iPhone and Android apps from Ninjatech AI, Inc.
- Chat channels: The SuperNinja agent can work inside Slack, Microsoft Teams and WhatsApp.
- Connectors: Named tools include GitHub, Salesforce, HubSpot, Jira, Notion, Gmail and Zendesk.
- Deployment: Managed cloud, private VPC on AWS, Azure or Google Cloud, or on-premises for enterprise.
- Security: Stated encryption, SSO, audit trails and a SOC 2 Type II examination in progress.

A clear brief with a defined output gives SuperNinja the best chance of finishing a task on the first run:
- Sign up free at myninja.ai on the web or install the mobile app.
- Choose standard chat for quick questions or the SuperNinja agent for multi-step work.
- Describe the goal, the audience and the file type you expect back.
- Answer any clarifying questions and approve actions that need your consent.
- Watch the credit counter while the agent works, and stop it if it drifts.
- Review the output, then download it or deploy the finished site.
How We Rated It
Ninja AI earns 3.8 out of 5 because its feature range is excellent while credit costs, speed on long jobs and uneven support pull the score down.
| Criterion | Score | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Accuracy and Reliability | 3.8/5 | Good, occasional agent errors |
| Ease of Use | 4.0/5 | Simple chat, busier agent |
| Functionality and Features | 4.6/5 | Chat, agent, images, code |
| Performance and Speed | 3.6/5 | Long tasks take time |
| Customization and Flexibility | 4.0/5 | Many models to pick |
| Data Privacy and Security | 3.7/5 | No training claim, SOC 2 pending |
| Support and Resources | 3.4/5 | Help centre, uneven replies |
| Cost-Efficiency | 3.6/5 | Credits run down fast |
| Integration Capabilities | 3.9/5 | Key connectors, few others |
| Overall Score | 3.8/5 | Average of the nine criteria |
Summary
Ninja AI suits people who want several leading models and an agent that actually runs code under one subscription. It works well for research reports, prototype websites and mixed writing and image jobs. Its main weakness is credit-based pricing, which makes heavy agent use hard to budget, and plan details change often. Agent runs also need checking before you rely on them. Try a few real tasks on the free tier and note the credits each one uses before upgrading.
